I just watched Big Loz interview with Phil Pfister where Pfister told that in WSM1998 qualifying Big Z tripped on the last stone in the atlas stone event which was really frustrating but it was great to see how he progressed through the years until he became the GOAT of Strongman which was once unthinkable. Cottage cheese it's made of curd cheese but is not the same, Big Z using pure curd in this video. Curd cheese is more nutritious than cottage cheese, you can get pure curd in any Polish shop in UK. And now you know the secret why Big Z and Mariusz Pudzianowski they are G.O.A.T. :-)
There was a comment asking about Tomatoes. I can’t find it to reply so, I hope the OP reads this. I don’t know where you’re from but here’s my take (till Big Z answers). I’m in the UK and our tomatoes are shit compared to Eastern Europe. If yours are pale and weak like ours then buy organic or ‘on the vine’. Best you can get. Or grow some in the summer. You are what you eat! There is an Eastern European dish I’m addicted to since I was out there. Shopska Salad. Roughly chop your tomatoes, and some fresh cucumber in equal measure about 1cm cubes and add to a deep bowl. Drizzle with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add rock salt and pepper. Mix. Grate some Greek Feta (100/200g) and top with that. Serve. Great on a hot day or with Steaks / Grills. And you get some secondary hydration. You’ll be surprised how good this is. Another is a Roman salad. Slice a beef tomato across. Slice to same thickness a fresh large mozzarella ball. Lay them down a long plate by alternating slices of both. Top with fresh sliced basil leaves, a hand full roughly chopped. Salt. Pepper. Olive oil. Serve. Another fast and clean way to do fresh tomatoes. From what I can gather watching the same videos you have - Big Z doesn’t really mess with his tomatoes a lot. He’s eating them fresh or maybe grilled slightly with some EVOO / seasoning. I think. I definitely will be having this more often. My personal favourite so far is a big plate of buckwheat with some salt and good chunk of butter, and litre or so of full fat milk 💪.

What im gleaning from strongman videos is that one needs to have a good income to afford the food neccessary for success.

We used to make potatoes fried in pan like that, but we add chopped onion with the potatoes, the onions caramalise and give a great sweet taste.
My Grandad used to do it with bacon too he worked in Germany for a while so developed a taste for it. I think they call it cottage potatoes.
