Old video so not sure if you would still reply to questions. From a DIY perspective normally use the tow hook as a jacking point with a floor jack. So trying to still use that tow hook as a jacking point would not be possible after hitch is installed ? Also if you used two jack stands lowering the car after the fact would be an issue.
Honda doesn't recommend using the tow loop as a jacking point, they only recommend jacking up the vehicle using the factory points just behind the front wheels and just ahead of the rear wheels as shown in the owner's manual. www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hitch/CURT/C11681.html
