    how do you configure it?
in aura sync there are 2 rows where about 1/4 of the LED's wont light up
when I installed signal RGB half of the cable would not light up untill I made a bunch of strips with 12 LED's each
how many LED;s are in each row?
I am not sure if the LEDS' are just dead or if it is a configuration problem because at first half the cable was out in signal RGB bu after making a bunck of srips with 12 LED's in eac strip I got most of them to come on except the last 2 rows again where about 1/4 of the LED's ar still ou just like t hey were in aura sync.
did I geta bad cable or do I just need to reconfigure it in my software, if so how? there are no good insructions or documentation

How can I get this working properly without any duplication across the bands?
Using Corsair Commander XT (RGB port) and Signal-RGB

@@TookBurrow not sure but I had to do an RMA and they just sent me the new version and didn't make me send the old one back.
The new revision looks the same as the old one except it has one of those cheap ARGB hubs that is just a board that you see on AliExpress in the box.
I was curious if the new revision they sent me was the same except for the new inclusion of the ARGB hub so I just plugged in the hub to existing cable and it did the exact same thing.
2 rows had the ends not lighting up, so then I installed the new cable and it worked.
So the new revision is a new cable and an ARGB hub you need to plug into a SATA power connection.
Customer service was good and they sent the new revision quick.

@@andreamitchell4758 thanks. What are you using to send the ARGB signals, a port on your motherboard or something else? I’m using a Corsair Commander Core XT and having difficulty independently controlling any more that 63 LEDs (but no matter how many LEDs I configure on the 3-Pin ARGB port of the XT duplication still occurs on this PSU ribbon from
      Airgoo. I have the v2

@@TookBurrow I am just using my Asus MB
I don't have any Corsair stuff.
I have the ARGB hub plugged into an ARGB port on the MB .
That is interesting that you are having problems I thought that it was just people using it with MB headers that were having problems.
Did you configure it in comander core as 3 350mm strips?
That is what it says to do in the instructions that came with mine for commander core.
I am not using aura sync and I am using signal RGB , I did have it configured the way it says to configure it for Corsair in signal RGB but I forgot now of that worked when I got the new revision, I think I had to change some settings but I forgot now.
But maybe where it is being configured as only 3 strips repeat patterns are just the way it is?
