the physical structure or buildings are yet to be built. but the preparation of the ground to make the place underground cabled, with huge flood prevention facility, roads and sidewalks with bike lanes with lamp posts are now in placed. with the inauguration, the development there will be faster. The towers of the East Village are at its pre-selling but all towers are almost sold out.

Davao city is more than twice the land area of METRO CEBU. We dont need tall bldgs
We need to balance ang labad ng roads against sa density ng city.
Even 6 lanes na ang primary city roads or 8 lanes sa downtown area . The roads cannot support the growing population dur to highrise bldgs.
Every CBD sa Davao ngayon even not yet fully operational are bottle necks na ng traffic.

As per the perspective, there will be more than 10 buildings. As to its elevation, there are no press release yet. But DGT is open for private companies to have a building at some commercial slots

Ang area going sa DGT di pa kasama sa phases ng ongoing underground cabling. Yet soon magkakaroon din nasa city center palang ang ongoing.

hi po, yung dinaanan po along MacArthur Highway di pa po yun kasama sa naunderground cabling. nasa city center yung mga naiunderground cable near the city hall, CM Recto, San Pedro and soon R. Magsaysay area pa po. 5 phases palang first implementation. ang 4th phase will start soon, ang 3rd will be finishing soon. medyo malawak rin ang Davao City kasi, pero ang sa old streets naiunderground na.
