I love Davao City. I've been there thrice already and I miss visiting that beautiful city with friendly people. Sa lahat ng mga major cities sa bansa natin ang Davao lang ang nakapagpa-impress sa akin. Clean surroundings, safe kumain sa labas at napaka-friendly talaga ng mga tao dito sa akin. Ive been to DAVAO City twice i'ts 4/10 ......
BUT not enough tall buildings unlike Metro manila, Cebu.. I didn't see high-rise buildings except 37th floor Vivalde residences.. The rest is very ordinary looking and the DAvao City is so BOOOOOOOOOOOOOORING.. haha..
Davao is also very prone to massive mega EARTHQUAKES.. hmmmm.. (Not Cool)
If you know how tall Vivaldi is then you probably are familiar with Davao’s other high-rises and you are simply denying that fact and makes your comment very naive.
Most of the buildings in Manila are also ordinary when you compare them to other capital cities and Cebu is developed way before Mindanao so it is unfair to compare. Shouldn’t you know that?
Also, the city and most of other cities in the world now are boring because of the pandemic. That’s an obvious one.
Lastly, if they can’t speak Tagalog it’s ok because you are in Southern Philippines. Why don’t you learn Bisaya for a change?

Hi. Davao has benefited a lot from the Duterte Administration but that includes CDO as well. If you are familiar, the largest steel plant in the country is going to be constructed in CDO under the approval of the Duterte Regime so don’t go saying Davao is the only priority this time around as Davao has seen great development even before the current government despite many setbacks.
I also believe CDO is booming as I have been there many times over. But what is disappointing is that it fails to surpass Davao when it should have decades ago considering that it is the entry point of many logistics hubs to Mindanao and had less terrorism. What is taking so long?
CDO also lacks in charm compared to
Ilo-ilo which is its equal as CDO is more like a truck city than a city to call home as what CDO locals told me. The list could go on but I’ll leave it at that for a conversation in a TH-cam comment. Peace.
