I just wanted to ask about hpair program like will we be able to network or interact with people or its only a one way program where the concern person speaks??
It's a combination of the above mentioned things, you will be able to personally interact as well but on a very minute level. Most of the time you will be getting to hear speakers.

@@nithishetty6055 great, so this is the application form airtable.com/shrC9MfwlDd8VmBgx . This time you will have to attach a copy of your resume, so try to make a self explanatory one on word or google docs. After it you have two essay, don't bother much about what the reader will feel or what kind of assumption he will make about me. Just write what your heart feels. Write a draft, then sit on it again after some time. Follow this process atleast thrice, keep on editing your draft and then just submit the application. Don't worry about anything else. NOTE- DO NOT EXAGGERATEA LOT. All the best :)

yes, there was a fees for it but you only give it if you are selected.
