Love the info but you CAN start an online business with no/little money. The reason cash is great is because it offsets the lack of sales/marketing skills. Most coaches believe the practice/deep knowledge is the #1 priority but it's how that information is packaged.
That's why marketers can out-beat the practitioner with less "formal training" on the topic.
I do agree that more money makes it easier but there is nothing wrong with taking 6-12 months bootstrap to understand the fundamentals- IF the person prioritizes learning over fast growth (at least higher potential).
Loved this video! I think my biggest set back is the financial part of getting started not having anything to Invest at the moment and it's killing me because I am at a 10 right now I've already started coaching a few friends and family to get my feet wet even got the name and calling myself a inspiring health coach....really trying to get as much done as I can right until circumstances change.I'm just so ready !!!

Hello, My name is Michelle and I am currently in my last semester of Health and Wellness at Purdue University. I have decided to get my bachelor's degree in health and wellness because I am very interested in helping others. My main focus in the wellness field is stress management and I have been watching your videos that are really helping me gain insight into the business side of it all. Getting started has been my biggest block of all. I have been trying to get started but there always seems to be something I did not learn at Purdue especially when it comes to starting and running a business. Thank you for your insight. What’s holding me back is my confidence and finances. I got my certification 4 years ago and have gone through business courses, coaches etc but I bump up against finances and can’t continue the programs. I work two jobs and barely scraping by. I want to be a full time coach but my finances are holding me me back as well as my condo next

I am finishing up my Masters in Health Psychology and will be starting my PHD in Health Psychology. I have a couple of questions do I need to get an ICF certification and I would only like to be online if possible?
1) Be sure about your motivation and goals/Vision/niche
2) Aces your gaps and get the missing training
3) Financial resources to start of the good foot: Training, website, publicity...from 5 to 10 thousand USD
4) Mindset: High commitment
5) How Long to success? It depends on what your expectations are; just no hundreds of thousand in 3 months; by experience earn enough within One year
6) How much time needed daily: From 2h a day to full time, it makes no real difference; the most important is motivation/ enthusiasm

You can start a business without money, the demand will drive your business. Start small, I’ve seen so many use life savings to start a business that just goes broke….the demand needs to be there first!
it doesn't really address the HOW. the title should be " what does it take to ......? change the title, it's misleading
I'm a doctor of physical therapy and would love to venture out and start generating content and cultivating an audience / community of like-minded people who could benefit from what I have to offer. I guess I struggle with defining my target audience. I need to reflect on what my unique strengths are , and how I can combine those to have something that is unique and that people will gravitate towards. I'm also on the introverted side and not social medial savvy at all ; I barely use Facebook and that's it. No Twitter, Instagram, or any of the other dozen platforms out there. So I feel very ill-equipped to survive in today's world when it comes to marketing and generating an online presence.

I'm well qualified but the one thing holding me back is lack of knowledge on marketing and tech. I have no social media following and no social proof yet either. I'm presently working on my mindset and a 9 out of 10 in terms of commitment 🙂

Time and Money.
I hope you see this but what I’m struggling with is finding clients. How do we find and get them? I am so shy and have no clue how to do this… an6 suggestions? Also it’s starting to be more regulated by the NBHWC for anyone wonder8ng! You can look at their recommendations for a program to join for a solid program. Well coaches is highly recommended
To find new clients you should offer them an irresistible offer...... Why working with you instead of other coaches?.....
