    너무 감사합니다! 그런데 질문이 있어요. `으러`하고 `으려고` 차이점은 무엇입니까요?

    • @basickoreanbk
      @basickoreanbk  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      안녕하세요~
      '으러'와 '으려고' 모두 '목적이나 의도'를 나타내는데요.
      '으러'는 주로 '이동'의 목적을 나타내요. 그래서 이동 동사 (가다, 오다) 등과 자주 사용합니다.
      반면에 '으려고'는 모든 동사와 함께 사용합니다.
      (으러) 예문
      - 공부하러 학교에 가다. (O)
      - 밥먹으러 집에 오다. (O)
      -> 이때, '으려고'를 사용해도 어색하지 않습니다.
      - 공부하려고 학교에 가다.(O)
      - 밥 먹으려고 집에 오다.(O)
      (으려고) 예문
      - 나는 한국 드라마를 보려고 한국어를 공부해요.
      -> 이때, '으러'를 사용하면 문장이 어색합니다.
      - 나는 한국 드라마를 보러 한국어를 공부해요. (X)

    선생님! 이 비디오 너무 좋은데 질문이 있어요.
    Why you attach 에 to a place instead of 에서? I mean you go THERE to DO something right? I am confused:( 도와주세요❤ Is it because you GO there and with moving verbs you use 에?

    • @basickoreanbk
      @basickoreanbk  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      안녕하세요~Yes, you’re right. Because of moving verbs ‘가다, 오다’, ‘-에’ is used.
      You can think like this. ‘저는 도서관에 가요. (I go to the library.)’ ‘저는 도서관에 (책을 읽으러) 가요. (I go to the library to read a book.)’
      Also, ‘-에서’ can be used with moving verbs, in this case it indicate the place of departure.
      ‘저는 도서관에서 집으로 가요.’ (I go home from the library.)
      If you have more questions, please leave a comment. Thank you.

    This "죠 " ending .. is it also use for a question ?... like 무엇을 하러 가죠?... like what you said
    if im correct",,죠 means "right" .. but sometimes i hear korean using it for a question .... like
    여자친구분 나이가 어떻게 되시죠 ?
    Please answer my question if how this 죠 is use for a question
    Like( " 여자친구분 나이가 어떻게 되시죠?."... )

    • @basickoreanbk
      @basickoreanbk  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      안녕하세요~sorry for a late response.
      죠 is the short form of '지요'.
      '지요' has several meanings. But from your example sentences, '지요(죠)' is used when the speaker asks the listener in a friendly manner. The grammatical function is similar to '요' in this case, though it gives a friendly nuance.
      This is the dictionary link, and here you can find more usages and examples of '지요': krdict.korean.go.kr/eng/dicSearch/SearchView?wordMatchFlag=N&mainSearchWord=%EC%A7%80%EC%9A%94¤tPage=1&sort=W&searchType=W&proverbType=&exaType=&ParaWordNo=85770&nation=eng&nationCode=6&viewType=A&blockCount=10&viewTypes=on

    How do you say this word in Korean 선생님.... ( I think I knew it )
    Is it like this.... (알았던 것 같아요)?
    Or I'm wrong?

    • @basickoreanbk
      @basickoreanbk  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello~
      I'm not sure about the nuance of the sentence as I'm not an English native speaker ^^;;;
      But based on the Korean grammar 'Verb-(으)ㄴ것 같다' which is used to speculate about the past events or to express the speaker's opinion/thought in polite ways, like what you've written, I would say '제 생각에 제가 알았던 것 같아요. or 제가 안 것 같아요.
      And, when 'Verb-(으)ㄴ것 같다' is talking about the past speculated event, the first person subject 'I' is a bit awkward in Korean.
      So, I would say 'I think she knew it or It looks like she knew it. (제 생각에 그녀가 그것을 알았던 것 같아요. or 그녀가 그것을 안 것 같아요.)
      If you give me the context, it would be easier to translate. ^^
      And if it is not what you mean, please leave a comment. Thank you~!
