Really a beautiful work, especially for the details, I really like that magic effect on his left hand whose light softly hits part of his body, really thank you very much for these videos 😊👍
Excellent vid ☺️ I did a slightly different colour scheme, used Purple Eater by Turbo Dork on the cloak...did create an amazing glistening effect which I've not seen before 😊
I’m not sure you can but feel free to add it to the comments on my latest post over on FB. I’m trying to encourage some of my followers over there to share their wip’s on there.
@@BrushWoodMinis downloaded and I will be following that - thank you. Quick q - does the Ultra Matte Varnish have to be that specific brand? Vallejo be ok? I've not varnished any of my models - assume its advisor to do that? Doesn't take away any detail? Just to protect from usage?
Not at all re the varnish Darren. That’s just the brand I use and have good experience with. The question as to whether or not to varnish is completely personal to be honest. I do so as to protect the paint job in transit and from handling during gameplay. Just be mindful of not applying it too thick, therefore ghosting or greying out the work below it.
Wow thanks for those kind words 😊 The Orcs and Abomination were covered in the PDF series that you can find linked on my Facebook page. The Orcs in particular are very similar to the goblins for techniques to be fair. Any problems viewing them just let me know. 👍🏻 facebook.com/BrushWoodminis
