If you're using a PC, you can right-click on any of the slices and "format". Then you'll see the option to check box percentages. I don't have a MAC, but I think "two finger clicking" does the same thing. It also depends on the version of Excel you have; older versions allow you to change these from menus up above on the ribbon, or (in very old versions) drop down menus.
