I really do appreciate this. The concept. However, an error I'd obvious - Dog and Cat is 180. That's half of a circle... A semi circle. But looking at the chart, it doesn't show that.

The line for the 80 degree after the 100 deg should be the straight line extension of the starting line .. in other words cats and dogs together should be half of the circle

In an exam, do you have to a compass to draw big circles or do you just draw a circle which is big enough.

The circle are usally drawn for you so u just have to use your protractor to measure and then draw your angle

My irl teacher told me you should just round it. If you have an accurate protractor, round it up to 5.1 otherwise 5 is fine..
