Set up a company myself, got distracted by literally nothing, and began to get to comfortable. This video has just made me realise I'm comfortable while making no progress in my business ( phone product website) . No time like the present, set up continuing today . 👌

As always, good video. Just one comment. People should not take this as a how to short cut. You wouldn’t be where you are now if you hadn’t gone through steps 1, 2, 3, etc. You still need to put in the work and gain the experience. If you hadn’t done the personal training gig, you wouldn’t have the gym; if you didn’t have the gym you would not have gained the business and people experience; if you hadn’t done those first awful videos, you’d never have gotten to the current quality, etc. There is no short cut, start with step 1!

Man, your honesty always surprises me. Most TH-camrs wouldn't talk about their finances, income etc and claim its only done "for the fans" or "to help you guys watching at home!".
I rate the fact that you say up front it's all for the grind, we all just gotta find new ways to grind out that bit more

No offence Mike, I'm always bit reluctant to pay for personal training products online (I like athleanx but won't spend a penny on his stuff), but if you're actually spending time emailing and helping your clients.. that's useful shit 🤔 do you still do this?

I can tell why ur YT channel is growing fast. I like how all ur content just directly to the point (transparent) and u talk fast (in a good way) it make most of ur video very informative and easy to finish because thats what ppl these day want, fast quick on the point video, so many content out there that cause ppl to move on to the next video so easily. As u start to talk thing that are repetitive or too slow to get to ur point thats when ppl start to stop watching ur video. Anyway i just wanna tell u that its hard to come by someone who talk on point throughout the entire video just like u. So keep up the good work.

As someone who went through the Online Coaching program with you I believe it was worth it and sad to see it go. However, the new transformation course and Facebook group is also great, and one can find the answer to their questions relatively easy in the group.
I do want to add and highlight the importance of networking and going out of your comfort zone to grow your business and brand which is what you have done in the past year or so by collaborating with other TH-camrs.
Mad respect for the transparency! Love the fact that you mentioned the importance of making money in your sleep. True that.
I get my engineering degree by next summer yet I've been searching for another income stream. Some say amazon, some say something else.. feels like starting your own business is somewhat easier when you've fire under your ass and can't fall back on a well-paid degree like engineering or w/e. Would love to hear someone with an engineering background speak of ideas they've had before they started their own thing (whilst perhaps working as an engineer at the same time)

This is actually gold dust nice one. I'm gonna adapt this to my personal training and MMA coaching I literally have just opened up my garage to train people while I fight.
But it's tiring and time consuming when your preparing for a fight you have PTS to do and you just got done doing 12 rounds sparring are all banged up and clients wanna roll around. I cut em down and I'm losing money fightin. This has given me years of experience without the suffering I'll take all this on board and watch your in depth breakdown.

I think what this boils down to is a single key thing, which is just youtube to be honest. The link between it all is growing youtube. TH-cam is the enabler which has grown the other areas and allowed for other business ideas/growth - which most people cant do unfortunately. Having a program you can sell in your sleep is great, but there are (literally) thousands of them out there and if nobody see's yours, its pointless. Hiring a videographer again is either pointless or far far too expensive for most people. Selling clothing again, needs something like youtube to promote it. This entire situation boils down to being successful on youtube.
