This video is FULL FULL FULL of top quality advice. I'm 56 years old, and I'll be honest and open and say that for the last 15 years, maybe longer, I've been 'stuck', bumping along. I'm now, coming to a new chapter, working more in London and loving the vibe as you say. It's where I'm from, but not visited in many years. I'm waking up. Hopefully I'll have many more years to put 'right' the 'inactivity' that's been there for 15 years. Don't get me wrong, I have done a lot in that 15 years, but it's not gotten me very far. I, like you, like EVERYONE watching and listening to this video can do/be the same. We can be our BIGGEST selves, if we DARE to try. This video is PRICELESS. Thank you for your wisdom and for sharing your decisions and decision making processes.

You have a fab way of putting a point across that is relevant to not only the gym or fitness side but all areas of life. I’ve just left a 20 year career and am struggling with what to do next , my life is at that turning point where my health is getting back on track after a lot of bad years and many many surgeries but I’m ready to move on with my life and I want you to know I watch your videos regularly but this on has really made me think and put things into perspective. Thank you Mike!! Keep em coming I especially love your travel vlogs- I’m not into the gym but watched mat does fitness and saw you on his channel and like how you present your channel. I wish you all the best for your future both on TH-cam and other areas you’ve worked hard and deserve it! Ps loved the hair transplant video!

"I always see the comfort and contentness is the enemy. When you get too comfortable and everything is easy, that's when you take a back foot."
Love the positive messages you deliver on your TH-cam channel. They are not only about fitness but also about life lessons, which i believe is applicable to everyone.
Just want to say: your dedication, professionalism and wisdom are amazing, thank you for helping a lot of people, myself included, stay motivated and get back on the right track.

Needed to see this. Thank you. I'm a personal that's lost 50 percent of his business due to personal circumstances. As a result, I struggled financially in taking care of my family to which that has affected my marriage life. In the beginning I was so focused on building my business that I forgot what helped get me there. FOR me it was number one my relationship with God and two as you said in this video my passion, which is Personal Training. I ignored one relationship while improving the other. Financially things we're great until a number of events had taken place cutting my business by 50%. Fell into a deep depression, lost my family as my ex and now share custody of an amazing boy. During that time, I began to take self inventory of my life. And I realized that the passion is still there but I had to re-establish my walk with God. This is little long winded but I believe that nothing happens by chance but they happen by fate. Your video gives me even more encouragement to Reclaiming what was a thriving business for me financially. But most importantly, God sends people in your life through different avenues to encourage and to also let you know that you're on the right path. Thanks again and blessings. Just subscribed!!!!

In a job I'm beginning to hate purely to secure the money, to fund an expensive course that will give me the accreditation to train others in my passion.

This is too true for me, and really is a wake up call. I am 19 and have been stuck in an endless routine making tiny bits of progress along the way but nothing significant for too long now. About a year and a half since I've graduated high school and I have just been stuck in my repetitive job every weekday and not working on my goals in life as hard as I should be, and I still live with my mom. I am not happy where I am now, but I am comfortable. I feel like I need to move out and get my own place so I am forced to work hard on my goals and make things happen in my life and not get too comfortable. The cost is what has been keeping me from doing it but maybe it's exactly the push I need. Thanks so much Mike. Wish I had a friend like you irl lol.

Move out and get your own place Brandon, it'll be the best thing you do. (still make time to visit your mom though!).

I could watch your videos for the life lessons and motivational stuff alone, the gym and training stuff is just the icing on the cake.

5:10 Listen to this advice. This is 100% the key to accomplishing anything in life. Certain times in your life you have to put in 100% sacrifice and suffer whether that be for 1 month, 1 year, or several years. And let's be honest, alot of people are too afraid to do that.

What I really don't like about this guy is, that he has substance and experience about what he's talking about. And he share's it with us viewers, and he's not a asshole. Damn, I feel envy mixed with admiration. He has worked hard and is a good example of not being comformist, and always trying to find a way. He has the looks, but he has worked his ass off. Gotta update my life.

I wish I could say something you haven't heard. I cannot. HUGE Appreciation for the real you. Every video of yours I've seen is absolute authenticity. I think Very Few can say that.
Looking forward to more of your work.

I totally agree with you that you have to sacrifice a lot when you want to make the leap. I'm currently doing part time graduate school because I want to switch my industry.

Thanks Mike, I dip in and out of your videos but always find them interesting and inspiring. Totally agree regarding progress during a desperation stage of life. It’s amazing how far we come out of our box when it’s do or die.
