My 'aha' moment in reading chapter 3 is that learning to have and deepen faith has been central to my own life journey and Thai Massage which is all about unconditional love has played a huge part in that unfolding.
The meditation on love that follows is one that can be used daily to help ground yourself in your own being to help get in touch with the love that is inside you in every moment.
