What would you have done differently?
And should I release the gear talk I did after the week?
And also.. Would you like to see how I prepare my team rescue's on assessments?

You are a machine. TKS for posting it, the videos are helping me a lot to prepare for my evaluation for Level 3 now in May.

Your first idea on putting your descender device onto his back up rope would work, the good thing about this way is that you can go left or right, i might be missing something maybe. cheers great video

      Thanks, man!!
The loop looked a bit short and the rope was underneath the dummy so ascending up into the backup would be more of a hassle. I could not go as far as I wanted to make the lift out of the croll easy. At least that is what I figured at the time.

Miałem przyjemność w tym ośrodku szkoleniowym zdobywać uprawnienia GWO i IRATA.
Moim zdaniem jedno z najlepszych miejsc w Polsce, gdzie można zdobywać pierwsze szlify w zawodzie.

I was wondering what length grillon you would recommend. Thanks. I love the videos. I watched them a ton before my rope tech class. Thanks again

Hi Alex, I'd be very interested in understanding your preparation for the team rescue because I'm doing my L3 upgrade in a couple of months. Great video - you and I have different techniques for the loop rescue so fascinated to watch your method - very helpful 👍

Hi Jen, I have a few ways of doing it ;-). This was the way Lucasz taught it in the course so I just stuck with that ;-)
That is a very good subject I have gotten quite a few questions about. It is high up on the list. At the moment however I am swamped with work and I shifted my spare time priorities away from the channel. I’ll see if I can squeeze it in somewhere because it is actually quite an easy video to edit (if I dont actually do the team rescue haha.
In short, I go to the whiteboard and mark every rigging point as a station. Then proceed to write out exactly which gear is needed per station (A, B, C). When that is complete I explain to the team and assign them to a station. With their shopping list the can go and rig what I wrote down . When they are done you can check on the whiteboard how many locked carabiners there should be at each station, so have them count out loud the number of biners.. Unless you can already see it of course.
I also keep it very simple. No english reeves and things like that. Usually a diagonal “tension” line and some cross hauling
