I think they have a maximum amount of people who can go for each time slot, but since each place is pretty bog and you can move at your own pace (after leaving the great hall) id say you can take a fair amount of pictures and videos. One place I didnt go in but really wanted to was the dursleys house though, it was too crowded and would have took forever
