My fave dish is a macaroni with cheese, you guessed that! And if I'm saying in general way, I love eating burgers, toasts, meat food, soups, fries potato, porridge, chips, any kind of crisps etc. I also love chocolate, dark or milk that really doesn't matter.

You're wrong. It isn't comfortable food but comfort good.
Biryani is my favourite dish. I'm an Indian. My mum cooks delectable chicken 65. Chicken 65 is also an Indian dish. India is a country where we Indians use different kinds of spices to cook our food. If you wanna know more about biryani, it is not only made with chicken. We can make biryani with egg, vegetables, etc.., but biryani is almost well known only with chicken. Amazing video Emma. Here in Morocco, the famous food is couscous.,morrocan around the world have preparing it each Friday. It s tastefully and healthy

@@mmmEnglish_Emma oh great have you tasted it??, for me, I prefer to take it with (laben) some kind of milk,but others they like dishes or salad
The Laben is the best Dairy product. Try to go to any Arabic grocery store and ask for Laben/Laban drink. It gives that comforting feeling to the point (one of the uses) I use it before going to bed and it works with no sides effect. Fun fact you could survive only consuming Laben/Laban, no water and no food. Because it's the only product that is simultaneously a substitute for both!

For me,my favourite comfort food would be Monhinga which is a Myanmar dish that has loads of flavors and it's one of the popular dish in here because of its seasoning flavoury taste. Spicy,salty,has fried onions and herbs with soft noodle. That always brings my memories because I always have this with my family. Some may argue this but in my opinion this dish is Goat. The traditional dishes around the world are so amazing.
My favorite comfort food are Käsespätzle. Käse is cheese and spätzle are a very soft and fluffy kind of noddles, we serve it with a decadent amount of cheese and fried onions on top. If you compare this dish with others it's the bavarinan version of mac n' cheese.
My second one is a dessert called Kaiserschmarrn. It's a kind of a pastry and looks like if you tear a pancake apart. I love the fluffy, creamy texture. It's made with a lot of eggs, we always serve it with a thick, delicous paste of cooked, mashed apples and powder sugar on top. It's very popular in south Germany and Austria.🇩🇪

Hai, I am from the southern part of India. Emma, you are a great teacher. Usually, our favourite foods are dosa and Pongal
I love eating Pongal which is seasoned with ghee and peppercorns. It is tasty and delicious food. We also take kanji(porridge) at the time of illness and also the next day after eating heavy food. Thank you Emma for your classes, it is very interesting.

And one of my favorite comfort food is "tejbegríz", translated semolina pudding. It is semolina, milk and sugar. I love to sprinkle it with cocoa.
You can replace semolina with rice and add raisins - taste it once!

In HCM City it is commonly called bún thịt nướng, while in Northern Vietnam it is called bún chả. Btw Im so glad that youve tried one of the best dishes in my country
My mom's soup! Yesterday I ate a Chicken soup with rice and carrot and it taste brought a lot of comfort !! In Brazil this kind of soup is known as Canja de Galinha and it is my favorite one !!!!

Hi, Emma! Amazing video! I love eating! I agree that tortilla de patatas and tiramisu are my favorites! I'm from Argentina and we often eat foods from Italy and Spain. We have the Argentinian "asado" (beef cooked on a barbecue) and "alfajor" (a kind of small cake that has the size of your hand and that is sold as candy in stores). We usually add "dulce de leche" (a kind of jam made with milk and sugar) to our desserts. This video was great! Love from a teacher in Argentina! Take care!

My comfort food is Chola puri (India)😋
Oh Emma you make feel hungry again! This lesson reminds me of my first two delicious month on TLP. In addition it's a good break from the usual lessons! My favorite comfort food are chicken soup and "Gemista" a traditional Greek food" Is vegetables tomatoes, papers, eggplants in which are take off the inner and are filled with rise, the inner of tomatoes we previously take off, very small pieces of beef, onions, seasonings, and basil. It's baked slowly in the oven.
Oh which one I really know and like it from this video? Tiramisu from my neighbors Italians and eggs with potatoes and onions from Spanish.

Hi Emma mam, Actually I missed this to say in the community. In south India, Tamil Nadu, we have the delicious lunch and breakfast meal. The best sambhar, Vadai, chutney, the white idly, poriyal and the sweetest payasam. I would say this is the comfort food for me and Tamil nadu. But, Biryani is a special food. You got it!!
