meself had great customers because they said it was so cheap and worked properly the smart TV
only they called about the remote as they did not know what to press after telling them what to press they never called again because the instructions booklet of remote meself threw to the rubbish bin
Anyways some customers do act weird that side in USA maybe because they want to buy and take the parts and call you and say it is bad thinking that you not a technician of devices you reselling
most do that they buy because it is cheaper and take it remove all the parts and later want their money back so they call and say it is not working

Here's an analogy I found this morning. I apply it to myself first. Hope it helps. It's a little long but good.
    I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
    "Because someone bumped into me!!!"
    Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
    Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

I was in retail and resell for many years. I always went by the old motto, the customer is always right, although 30% were not. Also never lose your temper with a customer. A very hard thing to do, takes a lot of control.I also would have “as is, no refunds” in listing if for some reason I couldn’t test myself. As a breath coach of 40 years I have helped many overcome triggers and "fight or flight" reactions with DIAPHRAGM BREATHING. This should be our normal breath, but people are taught fear when young and shift to upper chest breathing which can lead to anxiety and ego-based reactions.
It only takes a month to become a full-time diaphragm breather with practice. The result is positively life changing.

Selling on FB is both amazing and a freaking nightmare. I test most items and post its condition accordingly. If I'm not able or haven't tested an item, i post "as is". To me, that's then on the buyer if they didn't or don't want to test before purchasing. I also base a transaction on the buyer's attitude and promtness, if i go through with the sale or pull out. As much i want to make money and get rid of an item, i don't have time to deal with Assholes 😊

As a buyer on market place you have to ask those questions prior to meeting. If item was listed as is condition then that’s how it’s sold. I know it does take awhile to test vcrs but in the long run you’ll make more money by selling them on eBay. Good luck keep grinding.

In the listing you should put NOT TESTED and AS IS. Otherwise you’re waisting their time too. How hard is it to test it though, it would save conflict? I don’t understand why it wasn’t clear before the sale.

This guy once drove 3 hours to buy my mt bike and he had this contract all written up saying if there's any issues he can get his money back and what not. I told him its as is but there's no issues and i took good care of it. He then tried to haggle me down nearly 500 dollars and I just said, "Sorry i'm not selling it to you anymore, I have multiple people who have contacted me wanting it." He got all pissed off that he drove 3 hours but sometimes people just make a simple sale difficult.
