Now, P.Veeramhthuvel, director Chandrayann-3 project, said: We became the first country to go to the, *Near* to the South Pole of the Moon . Notice how fast Bollywood script changes so quickly? Honesty Issues. USA -> NASA specifically said "The Chandrayaan-3 landing site is located about 600 kilometers from the Moon’s South Pole.". This is just another diplomatic way of saying India did not land on Moon's South Pole. If India had landed on on Moon's South Pole, NASA would have simply said that "The Chandrayaan-3 landing site is located at the Moon’s South Pole" instead of "The Chandrayaan-3 landing site is located about 600 KILOMETERS FROM the Moon’s South Pole. China recently indicates all the preparation for his men moon landing project has gone very smoothly so that his first mission could start as early as 2028.
China is very cautious about his men moon landing mission. The first phase is sending unmanned moon landing vehicles to the moon orbit. the second phase is sending man to those vehicles orbiting moon and safely return to earth. If everything goes smoothly, the final phase is men cruisers landing on the moon and safely return to the earth. The whole mission includes moon landing vehicles, moon orbiting vehicles, and earth returning vehicles. Those modules will be separately launched into space and resemble into one spacecraft. The final goal of moon landing mission is setting up a permanent moon residence base for scientific research and commercial exploration on moon.

Bollywood scripts changes all the time. Prior to NASA and China's statement that India never reached the South Pole of the Moon, Indians say that they are first country to reach the Moon's South Pole.
China -> Dr Ouyang Ziyuan, lauded as the father of China’s lunar exploration programme, told the Chinese-language Science Times newspaper that the Chandrayaan-3 landing site, at 69 degrees south latitude, was nowhere close to the pole, defined as between 88.5 and 90 degrees.

The new race to the moon is not just about reaching it again; it's about establishing a sustainable presence, unlocking scientific and economic opportunities, and ushering in a new era of human space exploration.
I want to know why the United States landed on the moon more than 50 years ago but can't now. Has space technology stopped developing for more than 50 years?
India must feel like Milton from the Office Space, after watching this joke of a documentary.
India is in the club ? India is 50 years behind USA & 30 years behind China in space. China landed rovers on planet Mars & send samples from Moon's far side back to earth. ISRO should be compared to & Competes with JAXA ( Japan's space agency ). It's nowhere close to China or NASA
China's success in moon exploration will ensure a gaint leap towards humanity

When I did chemistry, Lithium wasn't a rare earth metal. Has it muscled its way across the Periodic Table?
It's about demand and supply! Today's world runs on battery!
An arts graduate wrote the script. Says all you need to know.
Lithium is so valuable, its worth mining it on the moon and shipping it with a rocket to earth to process it. It's not even that heavy.
Lithium is one of the most abundant elements on earth and the solar system. its not rare at all.
Still no one can explain to how we went to moon in the 1960s but cannot go back before anyone else? Could've been fake?

We know, 100% that the original moon landings were real. It’s literally impossible to fake, especially in 1969.
Think about a football stadium. 60,000 people in the stands. You claim that you will walk from the goal line on one side to the goal line on the other side. Except you don’t actually do it. I’m pretty sure the people in the stands would notice that you didn’t cross the field.
THAT is how difficult it is to fake going to the moon.
I thought the exact same thing and made a similar comment.

Question: how will you bring back those two astronauts trapped on ISS?
We just need to find oil on the moon and the race will be over with the obvious winner ;)

If US NASA had landed on the moon some 50 year ago, it is not logical US can't do it now unless it really hasn't landed at all !!!
What would be the motivation to do it again? What can a man do on the moon that a robot cannot?
@@gives_bad_advice AI is not there yet also the lunar soil is greatly damaging to electronics so they will need constant maintenance, this missions will occur relatively pretty soon now so there is no point in reinventing the lunar mission so late in development also sends a more powerful message than simply having some robots that can't even work anyways

@@gives_bad_advice the reason to go to the moon is because lunar ice has been found on the polar south of the moon in 2009 starting the second space race cause water could make a permanent moonbase the problem is if china wins is unlikely they will allow any more countries to participate, so the stakes are even higher than the space race

it looks to me like NASA had no choice but to use private companies. some private companies eclipse their tiny budget many time over and because politics, its nearly impossible to match what China can do with their government backed version of NASA. remains to be seen if relying on private companies was a great idea.
CNSA ( CHINA's counterpart of US's NASA) too distribute their projects and launch vehicle development to Private companies. Infact INDIA & JAPAN too di that to an fair extent.
Competition with China is one of the only reasons NASA gets funding these days. 😂

It's sad that it needs to be a competition with dictators in order for us to explore space. Whatever it takes, I guess.
And ironically America as a nation is the biggest dictator on this planet. They banned NASA from cooperating with China, they don't want China to compete in space exploration in the first place, It's not China wants to compete with the US in a race of bringing human back to the moon, it's the US wanna maintain its hegemony,so they can't be inferior in any field, which makes them look weak,it exactly is a cold-war ideology. But China doesn't even say it's competing with USA in space exploration since they clearly know they are behind.
