This version of Dustbelief is actually different than the normal one. First of all, Sans never became Dust Sans and tried killing Papyrus. Hell, Sans probably do not remember any of the past genocide attempts. Two, it's really Flowey that drove Papyrus to his killing spree, telling him that it was the only way to be able to get to stop the human.
