also this game is actually the scariest one I’ve played so far, the programming is great for scratch, and is unlike every dustbelief game, Halo did an amazing job.
The first Dustbelief Merg played was also pretty good, in my opinion- I prefer its spritework, too. The attacks could be a bit more clearly indicated, but that isn't anything new for both Dustbelief and Undertale fangames as a whole.

This exact puzzle layout is used in Snowdin in the main route of Undertale, where Papyrus tries to design it after his face but it falls apart.

I can immediately tell this game was actually made with Scratch (i can tell a Scratch game when I see one) which is very surprising considering the quality of this fangame! Mad props to the creator of this fangame!

Ok merg it took me a week to beat phase 1 and 2 but it only took me 1 hour for phase 3 which is weird.....
Anyway I just wanted to say I have been expecting you to play this since it's a popular mod now...
The Game Over theme is The ID's theme, from the EarthBound Halloween hack by Radiation, Also Known As Toby Fox. Additionally, most of both the spells' animation and sounds are from EarthBound as well. Wonder how Papyrus got Paula's Prayer.

I always get confused by the whole "Hello human.... if you are even human" thing. Cos it's well established in both the real world and the Undertale world that humans can be bastards. I wish that ppl would remember that being awful doesn't make you "not a human being" - it just makes you a horrible human, haha
In undertale, it's more of you losing what makes you human the more LV and EXP you gain. With level 20 removing MERCY. You're not recognized as a human, or a monster by Asgore. You're simply... nothing
The human might be a human, but also the human could also be a human. Although, the human could also be a human or a human. Now that I think about it, I think the human might actually be a human pretending to be a human. But then again, the possibility of the human being a human are high. It's really hard to tell if the human is a human or a human, so let me know if you find out if it is a human or if it is actually a human
In UNDERTALE I'm pretty sure monsters don't see you as human because no regular human would be grinding for EXP like we do, Furthermore, because we are a player (Godly being when compared to monsters AND humans in this universe), a human in OUR would wouldn't really be considered human in the GAME world.
This is already a very high quality mod, Papyrus' design also looks so good.

this fangame looks so fun and is so well done. the bullet patterns look so satisfying to learn, i love the music and sound effects, but i think my favorite part were papyrus' sprites! the dialogue is algo cool, but im still curious about the not serious mode. i think the entire team did a great job

Well that was certainly a nice video to follow up the end of Omori. It’s always nice watching Merg play Undertale fan games, always makes me feel good. It’s a bit nostalgic as well as reassuring that the series continues onwards.
