Exactly. Out of all signings this is the least we need. Yes we do require a backup striker but it's not as important as cb, cdm, and wingers. Zirkee will just be waiting for the ball just like Hojlund.

@@crysflake I actually completely disagree. Our wingers struggled last year because Højlund wants to run in behind, but he was made to do the target man role but those are clearly not his strengths. Zirkzee fixes all those problem, will draw in defenders and find the pass to our wingers. Brilliant signing imo

I've watched a lot of serie A and Zirkzee is good, very nice movement and creates his own service. He still has much to learn but he is exciting. Ugarte is a beast. He will destroy players coming up the middle. Tough kid. Takes no prisoners. He and Licha will be immense together

I think Zirkzee and Hojlund can play at the same time. He wants to play with an attacking partner. Zirkzee the one pulling thing together and Hojlund the finisher.

Imagine United sign Zirkzee, Ugarte, Branthwaite, Todibo (in case INEOS win that battle against UEFA) a right back, left back and another midfielder then we're building momentum for next season. If there's a lack of business in the transfer market then it's another season where United write off and that's just unacceptable
Thats like imagining the war in Gaza will end and the Russians end their war with Ukraine and go back over the border neither going to happen and United signing those 4 is a pipe dream.
Im happy enough with the signings without knowing too much about some of them but judging by age and potential im happy. Im more interested in how we are going to create more goals within this team as thats whats key to these players playing well coming to United!

I think that Amrabat & Hakimi in one team will really work well because you need & want players to support eachother on the pitch working on cohesion, Sabitzer is an amazing player that can play on several positions.

On Ugarte, If he can work on range of passes, he would be a complete DM. Is he better than Amrabat? I think he has a better touch of the ball than Amrabat, and is younger, that's the only difference. If he can add range of passes from the deep position he'll occupy he could be a gem

Zirkze and Rusmus can play together in 4141 formation. Placing high as ten hag always played especially on stronger teams.
