Clonazepam is highly addictive. It took me a year to wean off of it. I took it for almost 5 years for anxiety..main reason I stopped was because it caused me brain damage (I am not as sharp as I used to be). Be careful Rochelle... I hope the melatonin works out.
The food and exhaustion could be your hormones. When I knew for sure my hormones were imbalanced I had all these issues including weight gain and mood problems. Working on it now and I’ve lost weight and starting to feel better.
In reference to melatonin. It’ll only works if a melatonin deficiency is causing a disruptive sleep. If it doesn’t work after a couple of weeks. It’s probably something else… just thought I’d share 😊 also GABA is also a good supplement to take when you wake up in the middle of the night. But I recommend doing your research on it before taking it.

I was recording the different items they sell at the grocery store (ShopRite) for social media, noticing that I kept getting followed by different employees. Eventually one approached me and said I can’t film there. This has happened at more than one location, by the way. Still don’t understand the reasoning behind it, unfortunately it’s not really vlogger-friendly over there, or at least the area I was at. 🫤

Hi, check your iron levels see if it is low, it may affect your sleep. I know some have used lettuce or carrot juiced for sleep
Hey Roti if you want a really good sleep put some cold pressed organic Jamaican castor oil on your eyelids you will sleep great!
Tart cherry juice works really well for sleep! Not sure if you can get it in Ghana though.
