Always best to the bone up to date video. What suspension do you recommend or know for 20 m8 ,inverted forks? I heard from people who has a legend springs on inverted forks have experienced with one inch lowered once installed per spec by Legend. Just want to know if you experienced this too?
I weigh 150 lbs and my 2020 Softail Standard rides like a skid steer loader. Is there a way to soften up the ride of the front forks? The fork sliders don't move at all when going over small bumps. A 650 lb bike should ride like a Cadillac! I'm retired and ain't a stunt rider, I just want to be comfortable on long rides.

How's it ride compared to the FOX? I got the FOX IFP-QSR 13inch for my fat boy, im hoping its a big step up from stock, but now im curious how it compares to the legend monoshock.
Fox is really good I like the legends better though

I have a 2021 softail standard and bumps beat me to death. Does this shock take most of it out or front shocks or possibly go to a tour model motorcycle. I have oem seat and didnt know if more cushion would help or not.
This is honestly the only shocked that makes a difference on the new softails. They absorb the bumps nicely instead of getting hit with a bump you absorb it.
What are the torque specs for the upper and lower shock mount bolts? I am installing the Revo A on a 22 Fat Boy. Thanks!

I'm tossed between the standard and the heavy duty mono shock for my FXLRS. I do 65% solo and 35% 2up riding. would I go wrong with either?

I am disappointed in this shock. I don’t really notice much improvement. The extra travel is noticeable on large bumps, but no way is this worth a grand. I wish I would have tried the Heritage shock for half the price
You probably don’t have it set up right, the shock is pretty phenomenal for it still being a monochock. The mono shock design on the Harley Davison is pretty trash all the way around but this is a good improvement when set up right
I have 1” of sag. Going thru the rebound from slow to fast. Not sure I can do much else. It is better than stock, but not $1000 better. I am all ears and open to suggestions. Full disclosure our roads suck and conditions change frequently.
How long is it? Also have you tested out the RWD mono shock? Been debating between the two.
I had one on my Softail it’s like riding on a rigid it sucks.

@@jif4639 apparently everyone else knows a lot more about this than I do. It must be from my lack of experience.
That must be why our road race team is so slow and why we are so bad at Stunt Riding.
I guess I should start listening to EVERYONE else instead of using my experience and the endless amount of track testing time to determine if I think something works good or not. Thank you for the advice, I will start building bikes the instagram way as soon as possible 😁🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
@@jif4639 i’m just f#cking with you really. The legends shock gives you 1 inch of lift overstock, there is a reason for that the swing arm maxes out at that point. If you want to go any taller you have to modify and grind the swing arm which is doable. But if you do want to go taller and do all of that which is unnecessary unless you were actually road racing something very serious I would run an Ohlins definitely not RWD. RWD are great on Dyna’s, but they are absolutely terrible on everything else Baggers and softails are stiff as a rock they do not cycle the suspension at all the springs are too stiff.
@@kruesioriginals I have a 2022 ST, came with a 13.1” shock. The legends will barely give me -any- lift, if it does even lift it at all. If they made a 13.5, that’s what I would go with.
The 13.5 fox shock doesn’t look to have enough lift either, which is why I may be stuck with the RWD.
I am sure you do know what you’re talking about, I’m just browsing around and see people ranting and raving about the RWD, then found this comment and it threw me all the way off. I’m just looking for something taller and legends says no plans for a 13.5

@@shawnjoseph7522 Vegas cost more than here. Price is definitely aren’t going down here there’s too many people moving in there’s a house shortage. You get a pretty nice place for under two grand though house two car garage.
