Netherlands 🇳🇱 are also doing the same with the same reason. They will state that, they don’t think you will return back before you’re visa expire which doesn’t make sense. After providing all legit documents and etc and they refuse you with this silly reason. Is really sad. They prefer to take our visa fee without issue visa to anyone applying. If they know they won’t issue visa for anyone. They should close their embassy and stop taking our money.

Danish embassy was doing this since 1995 ,when I applied for their visa, which I was holding a strong invitation by then. I DON'T BELIEVE YOU COME BACK" is their programme for rejection.

That's why I like Nigerians ,even though their politicians are corrupt like most African politicians but when it comes to type issue of an embassy bullying or unjustifiably refusing their peoples visas they boldly come after them.

Is not true about what you are saying, Swedish visa is to come to Sweden but not Danmark, and Danish Embassy is giving the visit visa and is all because Swedish we don't have Embassy in Ghana but in Nigeria and there you can only apply for visa if you want to stay here in Sweden more than six months.
May be on their database it could be that a lot of particular countries citizens have come and not returned back,it will show but you may not know.
I am a swedish woman of +80. For many years I have supported a young boy and his family in Ghana. Twice we have applied for visa for him to come and visit me in Sweden. Both times denied. Also was he invited for an exhibition in Germany. Same result. A prisoner in his own country. Any good advice for us how to proceed?
You have to prove to the consulate that you will go back to your country whenever this question is asked. l have encountered this problem before even though 1 am in Europe.
Why our country Ghana won't be blacklisted by these countries...Some of you out of crave for quick money will sell Ghana passports to foreigners who will use it to go and misbehave....

Maybe the woman seem to be giving invite to a lot of people that is why the Embassy is refusing those she invites.

@SVTVAFRICA People need to make noise and use social media to challenge this decision or behaviour. It happened recently with some embassies in Kenya and they made a lot of noise to tackle this nonsense. They are abusing thier authority and using it to rob people off tbier money the same time. As if they get a bonus on how many refusals they make.
Go and make noise on your streets in Ghana to demand your government to FIX your country.

Providing all necessary documents does not necessarily means granting you a visa. Ones you meet all the necessary requirements then it is up to the counselor to decide if you would be granted. All the embassies around the world do that. You just have to appeal

The refused me some years ago with the same reason while I had many previous visas in my passport.
I remember a lady at vfs advising me not to apply through the danish embassy because it is hard to get their visa. But I thought because I was a frequent traveller they wouldn’t deny me.

They are rejecting because the visa process has been outsourced to VFS. It is a private company who are making money off the Africans and Asians. If you pple get the authorities to stand firm to refund pples money back ,they will thjnk twice. In Nigeria money is refunded. Can you tell a Nigerian you've taken their money without granting the visa????

After submitting all the docs n showing my ties…🇩🇰embassy refused me on the purpose of not returning last year Dec 14th…i 📞 the embassy i was told to pay 2,000gh for appeal and a week time as i was abt to go i 📞 again n a lady who answered the call told me on phone that Nobody in 🇬🇭 can grant me a tourist visa n i was wow then they should delete tourism from their portal…it’s painful cos we Africans cant we go n have fun there🤬

Netherlands embassy denied me of Luxembourg Visa with same reason by ticking that column i don't believe you'll return after your visa expire.

30:34 DJ about the visa application fees tgey don't refund this after refusal. Its a delibrate business most of the embassies and consulates are doing in Ghana to make money. They sometimes reject people randomly and i sometimes feel they don't even examine or go through the application, just for the sake of laziness of some if thier immigration staff at the embassies and also greed and instructions given by thier management to use the refusal to extort money from people applying in Ghana. Could you believe in Nigeria the most of the embassies thete only take the money when they approve a visa, and refund the money on any refusal because thier government and people strongly opposed this malpractice. Some embassies now how many applicants to take in a day but open to accept four times the number and then they delibrately refuse the excess taken for the sake of making money. If you make the calculation based on the number people and the application fees taken for a day or in a week its really big business for them. It's all they do delibrately to make money.
9:27 exactly, the first step is to learn the language else you will find yourself wanting. Imagine they just had over the forms to you when you go to the office and you don't know nothing about the language.

Yes its true, there is this a African lady there that always refuse people, we will sue them. They are just preventing people to enjoy their basic rights. They shouldn't refuse people to see their basic family. Thats is their basic fundamental human rights.

This is the reason why most of the times I see our embassies in other countries as useless. They easily give visas to others to visit our homeland but it's difficult to get visa to travel outside our own country. How can they give this useless refusal excuse when you have provided all the necessary things. The non-english speaking countries deɛ nsem hunu saa. I also blame most of our people who work in these embassies in our country. Back in the days some of our own people were playing dirty and jealousy games in the Italian embassy in Ghana when my cousin applied for visa and I showed them pepper for them to be sacked. They tried to refuse my visa but I wrote emails and added everything that showed I knew the laws and everything about the visa application. They've made it very difficult in general for all black people to travel outside their countries when applying for visa.

Same thing happened to me at the French Embassy. They are just corrupt
The reason why they will refuse is if you are doing what is called Visa Collection, which is where you have so many visas in your passport but do not travel often to the countries you already have visa to. I know it is crazy but Visa Collections do lead to refusal.

@afrikulnetwork672 when you have so many applications and don't often visit the countries you have visa to travel; then you are likely to be refused visa to a new country because they assume you will not use it and will affect their visa quota

My dear this isn't visa collection, this is many years interval and coming for family program. These elderly couple who are well to do in Ghana. Have kids in the states they visit now and then. It just doesn't make sense.

Well, the fact is that EU have decided since 2018 to make Europe unattractive for other citizens to live. They are doing it hand in hand by refusing visas on multiple occasions before granting one. Also they are using driving license as part of the unattractive measures because if you can't drive you become more dependent on public transport making working conditions unattractive. So they fail you on driving license. You see this life, beware of the choices you make. This woman might not be a Ghanaian national so she doesn't have any right to talk about this to Ghanaians and the Ghanaian embassy. She should go to the Swedish authorities period. I've been telling Ghanaian and Africans out there, with that passport you have done think you one of them. They don't see and respect you as such. However, how this woman couldn't help with a €120 makes me thinking.
