I broke out later that week & went & got tested & sure enough I was positive for oral herpes. I cried so much. But it's so common that it's nothing to be ashamed of. I just tried the Thinx period underwear this month. I used it with a reusable pad but I felt so protected. I’ve read before people wear them along with their period cup just in case of a leak. I love the TheraBreath healthy gums. I have periodontal disease and the healthy gums has changed my life! My gums look so healthy and my teeth look so white.
So I just discovered versed and bought a bunch of stuff off their website, heard great things on the retinol eye cream and the SPF ! I also bought period undies at Target 🎯 but haven’t tried it it ! A girly video of you reviewing the underwear and period cup would be awesome 👏
Way to go, Jas! Hope you do an updated nighttime skin care routine with the new Versed products. I’m terrified to start using retinol, but I have thought about incorporating into my routine, but would love to see how you use it in your established routine.
One thing you can try if you’re really nervous about it is to apply it over your moisturizer or if u use a thick moisturizer try using a very light one and then the retinol and then your heavier moisturizer. Also don’t use it every day. Start with twice a week and work up from there. Hope you don’t mind my advice ♥️

AND they are ALWAYS under $5❣️ Also, they have adorable shorts, bathing suits, and other cute wardrobe essentials for spring at amazing prices!!! Of course, their prices on makeup and skincare can’t be beat!!! So happy to hear they are carrying Versed now‼️ They really have upped their game within the last year or two! Oh my gosh, those Profusión cream blush are literally identical to the ones from Shein! I've tried the Shein ones and they are surprisingly good! So the profusion one must also work well.

Appreciate the honesty about using the Tom's/Native toothpastes as maintenance; thumbs up for not pretending the only thing you did to get your blinding white smile was brush twice a day with a "natural" toothpaste because there is no way your teeth could have gotten so unnaturally blue-white without using real whitening products like Crest Whitestrips.
The period underwear is great!! Coming from somebody that has horribly heavy flow and inconsistent periods, these are a life saver. I bought a pair a few weeks ago and loved them so much that I went back and bought a second pair. Definitely recommend.

You need to get the murad rapid relief gel. The second you get the smallest bump (that you haven’t squeezed yet) you apply and within hours it’s gone. Highly recommend!❤️

You should try the NixIt!! Trust me. Super environmental friendly. I tried cups too and they didn't work for me but the nixit. I love it!
