I changed my shower head to a handheld one in my apartment. Just be sure to keep the original one, so you can switch it back when you leave. Mine is stored under the bathroom sink.

@@AISHAMARIE it wasn’t hard. You’ll need a wrench to loosen the old one and tighten the new one. Thankfully, mine wasn’t too tight.

I'm in property management and it's usually no problem to change your shower head, just make sure you keep the original and replace it when you move out!

I use the goli vitamins the focus ones wake you up way faster than coffee they are great I love the stress relief ones as well. I have been wanting to try the TPH body care line I need to go to Walmart to find it thanks for taking us along to the store 😊

@@AISHAMARIE i saw something like a body conditioner. You put it on like lotion while still in the shower but dont rinse it off. I was going to get, but I wasnt sure how it would work on my skin tone.
I've been using the Olly probiotic gummies but since I wanted to take a daily multivitamin as well I take the kids Multivitamin with probiotics as a 2 for 1. The dosage is just 2 gummies/day and I've had less bloating/cramping for the past few months since starting.

Im not African American but I have dark olive skin and LOVE fake tanning, esp in winter. My favorite brand is palmers dark tan, it's gorgeous, and dove is nice but a bit more light and subtle. Love the vid!

Yesss, I’ve been self tanning for several months now. I’m the most happy with the b tan brand. It’s not streaky at all and the color payoff is gorgeous on me. With my skin tone, I use the I want the darkest tan possible 😂. I’m maybe 3 shades darker than you and that one doesn’t look wonky on me 🤷🏾♀️

I use the Olly women multivitamin. And the probiotics sometimes....but i upgraded my probiotics to Florastor. Thats what my GI dr recs. And im here for the collagen peptides. Nd to try .

hey girll quick observation buuut the amount of times you touched different products and surfaces and then touched your mask to smell somethin , i MUST ask - is there even a reason for the mask at this point ? or is it just a safety blanket feeling or hide face to strangers ? genuinely curious because the mask lowkey seems redundant . aren't you holding bacteria close to you face from the amount of times you touched the mask ? then breathing it in when you pull it back up over your face ? stay safe out there !!

@@AISHAMARIE I have combination skin, so I’m really oily on my forehead and dry on my cheeks. I think I have noticed my oil reduce on my forehead. There’s hyaluronic acid in the gummies which is supposed to hydrate your skin from the inside out. I would recommend them to you! And they taste amazing 🤩

I love self tanning. Im a bit darker than you and in the summer I'll definitely go for a sun kissed look. Personally i like the garnier summer body gradual tan lotion and its just so nice and moisturising and the tan like in the name is gradual so you dont go straight to 3 shades darker
