So i'm going with the cop on this one. yeah be broke the law but across from the street of that circle k is a hotel infested with fent blue pill dealers and a bunch of criminals. Lol. That entire area is completely safe besides THAT hotel., That dude who the cop was messing was from that hotel. I know this because i drive past that area up to 5 times a day and i get gas there. I go to church there. I live a little over 2 miles from there. So i really don't give a f. If a cop wants to ever mess up and do something wrong to me. This appears to be a reoccurring scenario regarding law enforcement. Drunks and drug addicts with guns....
....and badges. That being said, the experiment is about over.>>>Daniel 2:44.

Administrative leave with pay for the next year while they investigate and wait for the criminal trial to play out. Lawyers will keep extending the trial date and this guy will get paid the entire time. END PAID LEAVE FOR DISHONORABLE ACTS. END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY. NO OTHER JOB IN THE WORLD YOU CAN COMMIT SUCH HEINOUS ACTS AND GET A PAID VACATION.

Shouldn't be the least bit "tough" to arrest an off duty cop threatening to end innocent citizens with a gun for no da*n good reason except he's possibly drunk and overflowing with that cop ego.

He threatened people's lives with a gun. (Threat to the public).
He lied to the officer about not having any guns.
He has open containers in his State owned/tax payer owned vehicle.
He will be suspended with pay for a week or two, then back to work.

It's been a battle between the 3. Staties have been arresting both BCSO and APD officers, APD arresting BCSO or BCSO arresting APD. The police situation in New Mexico is horrible.

Don't these idiots have any rules or standards to follow? I just saw another news story about a cop who was in a patrol vehicle, went to a bar to drink and was also stalking a woman there, and then instigated a fight while yelling racial slurs in the parking lot. I think he also drove or was about to while under the influence. Why do they think it's okay to drink and drive at all, let alone in their work vehicles? Disgusting!
