I've been back for 3 yrs and haven't had one encounter with a cop, all while living a couple of blocks north of central and Wyoming. But living in Colorado I would get pulled over and harassed all the time.

Since he was under the influence and doing things that no officer would do during their normal conduct. He has no immunity whatsoever. Sadly I think they’ll mandate he take alcohol rehab and suspension for a year. Then decide if they’ll take him back or let him move to a different department.

Where did you go? When I look at statistics, ABQ is actually not that bad compared to most big cities.
