Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Celia dullpher
I have been in these markets for around 15 years. I am truly disgusted by finance. The metals/mining space has opened my eyes to the level of manipulation and rigging that goes on in precious metals. When and if this metals market ever finds true price discovery, I will sell all my miners and never return to finance or stocks again. END THE FED. Gold IS money.
Silver keeps getting promoted while in the real world it gets pushed down every time it rises. maybe over a few years you see some increase, sometimes.

Miners may do well in three to five years, but those who buy miners now will lose 80 percent of their money when general markets crash.

Meanwhile, Dome Mines, Canada’s largest producer, went up 558%. During this same period, the Dow Jones took a beating, losing a staggering 73% of its value.
