    Holy ship this intro goes on forever. And when Ross Beatty says he's more bullish on gold and silver than copper, the host needs to ask WHY.

    Really nice meeting¡¡Chile has the major reserves of copper in earth¡¡¡In my view,copper outlook remain price positive in the long term¡¡Market fundamentals say today that there is global copper supply v/s a so strong global copper demand,raising copper prices like a hedge¡¡We have lack of copper stock exchange(LME;;COMEX and SHANGAI) and if we see that global copper supply rate is falling for 6 years ,copper prices have un upward trend in the long term¡¡¡Copper moves information;;Copper moves water;;Copper moves the world today when there's a energy transition globally to a green world¡¡Copper moves money and humanity too¡¡Thank you for sharing this so intresting meeting¡¡Best..

      you simply CANNOT Make electricity work without copper , OR , medicinally , copper is essential for good human health , BUT by the same tolken , what would be the number one replacement or substitute to copper?

    Fantastic presentation. Would have liked to have heard how far short of the “copper delivery expectation” mark the sector will be compared to what the Net Zero team is expecting and planning on (poor things…)?

      In that moment I was thinking he was viewing it longer term than us. I kinda hope he’s right in that in a couple years we can deploy U profits into something still ignored like copper. That said I think you’re right he doesn’t know U fundamentals so deeply

      I also think he's referring to long term. Eventually, it's supply and demand. Today, the supply is less than demand. Eventually, new mines come online. The supply will level Eventually

      Still a good question though: what could derail a uranium bull market? I'm worried about, what happens if there is a crazy economic crash, or credit crisis. What do you think happens then my guys?

    So let me see if i understand what is being said. Copper grade is decreasing so therefore mining cost to mine per ton is increasing. At the same time, cash cow "China" is now in a depression and ain't coming back anytime soon for a number of reasons unique to China. Obviously, consolidation of the existing asian copper market and not shortages are the future for this commodity. At the same time production of goods is moving from china to mexico. I could see exploration for copper mines in mexico becoming important to locating a future copper mine but no one discussed my observation in your video.

      "Copper grade is decreasing....Obviously, consolidation...not shortages are the future"
      Uhm, decreasing ore grades do not imply "no shortages." Just the opposite. Only question is how fast does the bottleneck develop.

      quality copper , ? can you not refine dore copper bars and MAKE it quality ?, i realize the extra cost , but i don,t belie that low grade cannot be refined onto high grade.

    • @waltertodd4479
      @waltertodd4479 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can at an ever increasing cost. Copper ore containing 1% copper is more profitable than 0.15% copper ore to mine. The cost to mine a ton is similar but the return is higher and more profitable at 1%.

    Regardless of wars, recession, pandemics etc, long term copper will go up because it is the “energy” metal, and energy demand, especially in the form of electricity (with or without EV takeover - which will never fully occur until some black swan event) will relentlessly move up. But that’s Verrryy long term, and if you need to cash out when it’s in a down turn you’re just outta luck.
