Huh, that pinkie-pipe for doping those fast octave-shifts is neat! Bet a spark-plug or other deep-well socket could do the job too. 25:47 Cat sneakin' in to explore... XD And pop out later! Man, that floor was rough! Looking forward to seeing how you fill the hole(s)!
Always enjoy a good camper episode, even better w/ a festive X-Mas Special. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you, your pups, and family. Keep on gettin'.
Man I have to say I found this channel through Kevin (Junkyard Digs) but you Sir have gotten yourself a subscriber! This is awesome! This camper is a project and a half. Cheers man :)
I was actually looking for Overland conversions for my Hilux Surf, spotted the Junkyard Dog purchase, and ended up watching theirs and all of yours back to back. I am staggered at your commitment to this project. I would never have stuck with it. Happy New Year...and get that exhaust fixed...pulleeez! Lol
Every trip is an adventure. Lights out. Fridge stops working. Boiler doesn't boil. Batteries die. Light switches catching fire on the highway. Old tires. Solar panel controllers burning out. Plastic peeling off the sidings. But it's fun. 😀
I came over to your channel after watching your camper in the hands of its previous owner, Kevin @ Junkyard digs. Well, i have just binge watched all of your camper episodes in one hit and i have really enjoyed them all. Its great to see you putting your own mark on this big old hunk of Ford camparama. I think you did well getting those manifolds back on, I have been there many times myself removing sheared off crappie manifold studs, but i have always managed to get them out eventually one way or another. However, those tapered joints where the manifolds join the rest of the exhaust dont need any gaskets, just a smear of exhaust jointing paste. I cant see those gaskets you fitted lasting very long at all, i would just remove them before they fail. Anyways, I have subscribed to your channel, some of your other episodes look very interesting too and I look forward to watching them. Keep well and keep safe. David in the U.K.
I wonder how many more problems you plan to solve on this project. This was an entertaining video. I hope to see this rig standing tall and looking good by next Spring. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
Well the camper you have seems to be alot better than the one junkyard digs has now it was severly trashed and the sewage tank is clogged. Keep this one it's alot safer
I love the all inclusive messaging of the sweater and Christmas tree. :) Sounds like your slide guitar game is coming along nicely. Ah if I ever find myself falling for a "cheap RV" all I have to do is watch your videos to set me straight!
Was thinking about tackling a similar rv, may be better to rip off the house section and build a mini house in the frame. Roof would be the main concern when traveling.
It probably would be faster to just rebuild but cost wise the route I took is much easier on the wallet. It’s just a ton of work which makes for good TH-cam content!
Thats a nice Christmas gift you got us with this video! Cant wait for next one :) holidag greetings from Poland! PS. You can use silicone to isolate some gaps you find in some spots where you want it to be sealed.
Your thumbnail looks like the picture for a song by Seather. It is called Country Song. He has a cowboy hat but it's the same vibe lol. Have a great Christmas 💖🇨🇦
@@CrookedRows just centre punch it really well and first go with a small drill bit, it's not that hard, anyway even if you mess the thread you always can just redrill and retap it for next size up. Also I don't remember if you have anything to weld to left, but I do remember you did it a bit incorrectly - when you weld a nut on top of a broken rusted bolt, you want to do this weld in one go to heat up the bolt with a welding arch, then give it a minute or two to chill and turn it when it's still decently hot.
Lol at the end when you said it was the worst hack job you have ever done that made me laugh. My friend the worst hack job you have ever done is that exhaust. Fix it properly or pay someone to do it
Just came from the original camper vid from Junkyard Digs lol glad to see it still coming along.
Love this series. Waiting for episode 11
I love that you're keeping up with this, hope your mouth heals up nicely real soon and the permanent tooth gets here quick! Merry Christmas man!
Merry Christmas!

It’s been a long while since I’ve put up a camper video now but I’m hoping to sink some money into it soon!
I been enjoying watching your videos. I look forward to seeing your next one. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas. 🎄🚐

merry christmas. the campers coming together..... slowly, but i see were under budget so look forward to the next installment
Extreme budget! 😂
Those manifolds are leaking so bad Bud! You are gonna have to get those broken bolts out of the the heads to fix it. It cant be good on the valves.
No effect on the valves. Just might die from carbon monoxide poisoning and it sounds trash
How nice they installed the gas hot water heater on top of carpet. Lol. Merry Christmas
Yeah… So the carpet and the plywood both run under the wall frame too. It’s so dumb. They just cut a giant rectangle of carpet and slapped er on
Lol. Glad you fixed it

Lol, Kevin's new one is 10 times nicer than this one, poop tank and all. This one has potential though.

Nooo kidding! If there is one that perhaps was shedded it’s whole life maybe…MAYBE consider it. If there’s even a small sign of water damage nope.
Merry Christmas! I've absolutely loved this series so far. I can't wait to see what's next and what you do with it!

Merry Christmas!
Awesome content dude!
Excellent episode! Good work with the guitar and the camper, looking forward to more! Happy New Year.
Haha ending was funny to 🤣🥃
Thats a nice Christmas gift you got us with this video!

Merry X-mas!
You too!
Merry Christmas and happy new year 🎉. You should use the guitar song for the intro music.
Happy Christmas buddy, loved this latest Christmas episode keep up the great work 👍
Hope you had a good Xmas man!
I did! It was a good time

On video it sounds like a exhaust leak. Probably sounds different in person
I believe that would be mouse turds. 😂
I wonder how old the tires are...
Hate to say it, but it really sounds like your exhaust manifolds are leaking still 😪
Merry Christmas & looking forward to more content in the New Year
I’m going to solve that mystery if it’s the last thing I do!
@@CrookedRows I'm sure you will. I know the broken bolts were a major PIA.
Yeah if those end up being the root of the problem I’ll probably have to find someone who can drill them out without ruining anything like I would

Missed ya man! All you need for Christmas is your front teeth.
I tried finding that song for the video with no kick woulda been perfect 😂
It might not like unleaded...
Make that guitar sing
Aren't you afraid of getting a copyright infringement from TH-cam? Most youtubers don't play music for that reason
Oh I gots em! I just can’t get paid which I don’t really mind it’s all in good fun
