- Lost Judgment is an action-adventure video game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. It was released globally on September 24th, 2021. A sequel to the 2018 game Judgment (a spin-off of the Yakuza series), the game focuses on private detective Takayuki Yagami as he investigates a criminal accused of both sexual harassment and murder. Similar to how Yagami is voiced by Takuya Kimura in Japanese and Greg Chun in English, the game will feature two prominent characters voiced by two celebrities for the Japanese voiceover: Hiroshi Tamaki and Ken Mitsuishi. The game will retain the action sequences from the first game but further developed while stealth elements will also be revised.
So get this: a detective, an ex-yakuza, a thief and an arcade owner walk into a warehouse.
It’s hype as shit.
Higashi being called an arcade owner: "Oi, I was Yakuza longer than Kaito... BECAUSE of Kaito!"
Yagami: "Don't take Kaito's thing, arcade owner"
a detective, a detective, a detective, and Higashi walk into a warehouse*
What Higashi doesn't make up for in profession he makes up for in forklift certification.
More like 3 detectives and an arcade owner😂
anyone else teared up when Sugiura said "looks like the judge men are going to have to teach you a lesson"
Its judgin' time
We truly lost our judgment
WE ARE THE JUDGE GUYS
"Judging by your face.. It seems like your lost.."
- Yagami
Destination is now canonically "Theme of The Boys"
“Theme of The Boys” are Yagami, Kaito, Higashi and Sugiura. Would love to see them marching the road in the next game. It’ll be like the Yakuza 4 and 5 style.
@@ericle5366 IMO, Tsukumo and Tesso are also part the Boyz
@@Hilversumborn Tesso, not sure. Tsukumo, definetely. He was even present in the final battle with his drone, helping the boyz with real-time info. He's the "guy in the chair".
*Me and the boy going at exam theme*
MEanwhile on Yakuza we have "The Four". Godamn these games have amazing tracks.
1:13 Me and the boys when we're forklift certified:
*Yagami Unlocks Fox Style during the fight, giving him the ability to wavedash*
Well of the 5 kung fu styles we so far have: Crane, Tiger, and Snake. All that Yagami is missing is the Dragon style and Leopard style
And he now has an obsession with saying "mission complete"
DO A BARREL ROLL!!!!
@@Wayra_ honestly Boxer is just defacto leopard style, it follows all of the same principles. Throw some kicks in there and you pretty much have it (in concept that is)
@@Wayra_ dragon style is probably just kiryu’s moveset
random man came out of nowhere posting these banger tracks
thank you man
He's a true chad
Samuel Owen* is the kind of guy to hear about a game about a detective beating people up and go “I MUST ALLOW EASIER ACCESS TO THE GAMES MUSIC!”.
so much more(heh) faster and intense-sounding than the original. but the og's still great on its own.
Y5 Haruka flashbacks
I prefer the OG honestly for more organic sounding but this is amazing too
The OG is like the Affected Fight of Judgement series
Banger of a mix, loved it when it played. Sound team really did a brillant job on making this whole OST. Thanks for uploading.
How is the game? I've really been wanting to play one, is it just like Yakuza without all the minigames?
@@dylanj950 The main story is really good in both games, though the first game is a gem in storytelling imo. Minigames and side stories are still present in Judgment series, and are also pretty fun to spend time into. There's no karaoke as far as I know:( sadly, but other than that point both Judgment and Lost Judgment are similar to Yakuza games, obviously, but also different design-wise. Give Judgment a try first, you won't be displeased:D
god i nearly screamed when this played like holy shit how did they make such a good theme even better?? tysm for uploading 😩
Beyond sick theme. I was screaming constantly during this whole section.
Ngl dude, this song had me grinning from ear to ear as I played. It’s almost too fitting
I'm surprised to see most people siding with Kuwana here. I'm guessing it's because the desire of vigilante revenge is a very popular fantasy. But at the end of the day I feel like it's kind of overlooked Kuwana is projecting his own failure onto the entire world.
As the teacher, he was the one responsible in his class not only to stop the bullying, but to notice it, he was dealing with kids and he was the adult in the room. Yet he felt extreme guilt from what happened toMitsuru and decided the entire world needed to be a part of that. We see not only with the main bullies in the story and throughout the school stories dlc that kids are just that, kids, and a lot of them are misguided and lacking in empathy. We see it at the end of the game, that the bullies were not bad people at heart, the bullying started because they themselves suffered because of Mikoshiba's training at basketball. And the truth is that in reality most bullies are suffering themselves.
Everyone Kuwana came into contact with ended up worse than they were before, grieving parents were turned into murderers and had to carry with them more weight than they already were, collateral deaths like Sawa's took place, and people like Yui Mamita who were already perfectly functioning members of society were turned into accomplices to murder and kidnappers.
I feel like deep down everyone knows Kuwana is in the wrong but find it fun to root for him regardless. That's usually how it goes with well written antagonists.
His actions are understandable but not very effective on the long term
What s he was hoping for ? A rumor about bullies getting killed and every kid would have been scare to bully someone ?
It’s also because Yagami’s dialogue and argument kinda devolves. There’s a lot of things he could be saying to back up his position on Kuwana but he relies on one single emotional argument in most conversations and while it’s nice it’s the crux, he needs more in my opinion to really make a sound argument on Kuwana. It feels a little like the game spends too much on why Kuwana may not be entirely wrong and too little on the counter-argument against him despite having all the pieces. It’s easy to convince people when one side feels rather irrational.
@mechcannon not much else to say other than don't kill ppl man lol not much yagami can say to someone who fully acknowledges what they're doing isn't 100% right either. That was literally kuwana's cross to bear and he acknowledges it. I would never kill but when I get told a guys killing bullies who put kids in comas or worse it's like ehhhhh welllll🤷
@@gambeanoThat’s not what they say though in fact that isn’t even Yagami’s argument. They actually gloss over entirely the actual victims of Kuwana. The contest is all about if he gets *innocents* killed. And if he should drag people who were “justified” back into the crossfire despite promises not to.
Never have i scene that incarnates "ive come here to kick ass and chew bubblegum. And im all out of bubblegum" more.
literally started screaming when i heard is at the end like they made one of the best fighting themes and MADE IT BETTER
Same omg I got goosebumps when I heard this, it was so thrilling
If the next third Judgment game doesn't have another Destination remix in the final chapter it'll be a 0/10
@@violetisgaylmao I swear, that needs to be the name of the next Destination track in Judgment 3
Thank goodness I found this again! Need to reorganize my Playlist now that Hai Dudu has been taken down 😢😢😢
So annoying their channel got taken down, basically all my yakuza music got removed
@reddithirumuri5479 SAME. Now I have to reorganize my Playlist and basically lost all of my favorite tracks from 7
When your match has Fox only and no items
The cherry top on the cake, missed by RGG studio in this section was :
-fighting alongside liumang white mask since RK has attacked their HQ
I loved how Tsukumo was there through his drone. Guy can't throw a punch to save his life but still makes himself useful and present throughout the game.
That is helping one force to revenge another like what Kuwana was doing to be an outlaw. It never gonna help anyone.
I literally got hyped asf when this remix started playing that's when I knew that yup we're officialy in endgame now time to kick some muthafucking ass!!!
No cap one of the best tracks in the entire series (I've played every Yakuza game and spin-off released in the west, minus Dead Souls [never had a PS3]), not only because of how much it slaps, but also how easily it syncs with Yagami's ex actions.
You know you can emulate that with rpcs3
@@Aizensosuke-d2lIt’s kinda mixed on how well it handles though.
@@therealakiyama can we get much higher
かっこいいマジで最高www。
sugiura only, no items, legend difficulty
Gaiden coliseum speedrun strategy
As if the original wasnt banger enough
Go Team Yagami
Would it be possible to get the leadup intro bit of this? (Same one that plays before the original Judgement as well.)

This has some serious Persona 5 Strikers energy and im all for it
for the first time in my life i am agreeing with one of these comments, it really does
actually sounds like Yakuza 6
@@chainsawplayin also true
The story in this game is way better then like a dragon
I can not totally agree to that. Yes to follow the Story is way to hard from like a dragon when its your first game in the series. But you must Conclude, that in Like a dragon was this big Resolution of the Tojo and Omi.
But the Story from lost judgment was really great thou.
I can't agree because both have widely diffirent aspect and end goals as well as theme to the point comparing them is just kinda off.
Both are great.
You can praise a game without putting down another
I think it's better because it's more relatable
