Either Yang's attitude takes a dive and Blake spends while noticing it and holding a private pitty party until things come to a head (the usual storyline for these situations), jealousy plays a role (Blake gets jealous if, say, Neon shows up and asks Yang out), or Weiss or Sun notice things and intervene.
Better yet, I'd prefer it if Blake finally says something and owns up to leaving them all without saying anything. Especially after she specifically promised she wouldn't leave. Blake didn't even come back out of her own accord, let alone went searching for any of her teammates. Even if Yang accepted Blake back, that sure doesn't mean she trusts her.

Yang is stubborn but she still wants to believe Blake so her stubbornness will most likely be to Blake's advantage in that regard.
