Like you - I'm a fan of all TCGs - I play Magic, because it's the one with the best rules and most playability.... but some of the others have stunning art!
Uuuuh Yu-Gi-Oh that's nostalgic, I am so clueless about any card that is not blue eyed white dragon or exodia. Also, surprising how the play boosters are increasing the value this late in the set
I tried playing Yugioh as a kid but I really never could get into it (also i really hate how small and fragile the cards feel). Would love to see some Flesh and Blood openings as well!
I don't think there's anything wrong with opening up other TCG's. Might even want to consider having different point pools for other TCG's. Variety is the spice of life. ;)
While i like seeing some Yugioh Packs. The choice was not the best. Most expensive in Hidden Summoners is like 4€ and for Valiant Smashers while it got some more expensive cards its only like 4-5 quite rare Cards and you HAVE to get one of those to make it worth the Money. Collector Rares got a brushed texture around. Kinda like it was painted with a Paintbrush. Quarter Century Secret Rare got a "25th Anniversary" Stamp on the Test Bos. Kinda like the Invisible Ink on some Karlov Manor Cards. As for Draft. Yugioh Packs usually come with the same Number of Cards except some Side Sets. There used to be Sets especially for Draft but nobody wanted to play it. So they threw away that Idea quite fast.
interesting comparison video, tho i gotta say, even with how disappointing mkm feels, i rly dont like buying sealed product in yugioh, while i feel fine on mtg
MKM coming to an end? Don't know whether to be happy or sad. Didn't know you liked Yu-Gi-Oh. What's the appeal of that game and how does it compare to MTG mechanics wise?
What's funny is as a former yugioh player I still love the game. I just can't afford to keep up in a game with such power creep sadly Edit: Also watching someone who isn't familiar with the new rarities is kinda funny haha
I thought the point of reprint was to keep higher value cards at their value. That retro one in the beginning was a common 😑 and that one blue frame was barley a dollar. I'd rather watch mtg. Is there a way I can get the art cards from magic?
Also I don't care about yugioh, I have to say it's a funny variation as long as it is not too often. Probably Pokemon or Digimon once would be interesting, there the artworks are nice.

The foiling treatment on the Collector Rare card is so pretty!! Personally I'm a big fan of foil cards in Magic.
Like others, yugioh was my first TCG back in around 2003 or so. I remember having duels at school and a kid tried to play Yugioh with Magic cards
I played Yogioh back in school. Was my first TCG. That brings back memorys.
Yes continue the tcg comparison. Star Wars Spark of Rebellion is a NEW TCG and I picked up a box. Would like to know what you 🤔 think.
Haven't played Yu-gi-oh since I was a kid, a big reason I got into Magic!
I didnt know there were yugi oh cards that expensive, but if a MKM box wins i dont think they stand a chance against any other sets
Don't have any interest in Yu-Gi-Oh but still interesting to see the comparison. Would be up for seeing other things like Lorcana
yes he should open lorcana! it is very extra expensive though :/
It was a really interesting and unique experience. I'm glad to see other tcg boosters here, even though I don't know anything about yugioh
These comparisons are getting out of hand :D
here for the coins, dont know anything about yugioh but hate how small the font is lol
Definitely fun to see a comparison of a different TCG in the lull between MTG releases!
I was playing yugioh at my teens, watching the video reminded me to check when my deck is!
What a good end for Mkm. I like that comparison sich other sets, wouldnt mind similiar vids in the future
Wow Yu-Gi-Oh, now that is a blast from the past 😮 i use to play that when i was young
Original comparison ! Never played Yu-Gi-Oh but some of the cards are cool looking
This remindes me to look for my old pokemon and yugioh cards somewhere in the attic :D
I was recently wondering whenever it is worth to expand my collection to yugioh cards. Thanks for sharing!
Never watched anything about Yu-Gi-Oh until now always enjoy your videos
Interesting comparison. I know nothing about yu-gi-oh but it is cool to see them.
Uuuuh Yu-Gi-Oh that's nostalgic, I am so clueless about any card that is not blue eyed white dragon or exodia. Also, surprising how the play boosters are increasing the value this late in the set
seems like since nobody is opening them the suppy went down and prices go up lol
@@tcgloveopenings Also there were some cards that got more expensive cause the pro tour like the Vein Ripper
The adrenaline of get something value, doesnt matter which TCGs
Me again 😏. Love that you spend time looking at some of the art and then a little lore. Nice one.
i like the clue theme
Collector rares usena type of texture foiling like in some mtg raritys. On the edges will also have textures
That's a crossover episode I didn't see coming :D
Karlov was a weird set in terms of the value
nice to see the difference between both these games
Loved Yu-gi-oh in elementary school, interesting comparison! :)
I actually really like the play boosters from karlov Manor. Nice pulls too btw
I also played yugioh many years ago, I have no idea what´s going on with the game now, I liked the comparison.
Karlov passed by so fast
only one month ago it came out! then fallout come out. so quickly!
Love the variety in the videos. Keep up these fun comparisons!
This is inspiring me to try and find my three pieces if exodia
I have no idea about anything yu gi oh but it’s cool to see the comparison
I tried playing Yugioh as a kid but I really never could get into it (also i really hate how small and fragile the cards feel). Would love to see some Flesh and Blood openings as well!
Thank you for this, I always wondered about the price difference lol.
I've never played yugioh but it looks fun! I prefer magic art style but the anime style is sick!
A Pokemon/Magic comparison would be interesting
Yugioh was my first tcg to play and collect seriously. Good times
yeah you are right, the thunder dragon was in Forbidden Memories the ps1 game
Interesting. I had never gotten into Yugioh... but my son was into it before I got him into Magic.
Yugi oh cards were interesting to see, vivid colors and foiling is nice) know nothing about rules in this game though
Wow yu gi oh cards, it's been so long i didn't have seen those
Keep up the variety of showdowns
Hey man. Just wanted to let you know the card arrived savely. Thanks again for making the Giveaways!
i only know i played YUGIOH when kid
and it was cool
NOW I CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND how you finish games in 1 turn
LOL
Kinda love the prank kids series of cards
One piece and Lorcana are selling really well for me right now
well, that box was a surprise tbh
Never touched Yu-Gi-Oh cards since childhood, I'm curious how they look today.
Some Yu-gi-oh! Cards are really funny looking :D
Hahah.. never have seen Yu-gi-oh cards! I have only seen the Anime cartoons. Interesting video comparison. Cool!
Yu gi oh lmao, that was a surprise to drop in my feed
I don't think there's anything wrong with opening up other TCG's. Might even want to consider having different point pools for other TCG's. Variety is the spice of life. ;)
Yugioh cards always feel weird to me, I have no clue where to look and what the different symbols mean haha! Thanks for the interesting video still :)
MKM cards got some value at last it seems. Nice vidéo.
Sick pulls for a MKM player booster box!
I did not expect to see YGO here but its not a bad thing
Clue is a relly cool mechanic
Karlov came and went
Woof
the giveaway play booster box was nuts tho :), kinda mean for you, but good for the winners
I hope the next MTG set will be more exciting :)
While i like seeing some Yugioh Packs. The choice was not the best. Most expensive in Hidden Summoners is like 4€ and for Valiant Smashers while it got some more expensive cards its only like 4-5 quite rare Cards and you HAVE to get one of those to make it worth the Money.

i like the mix up with other TCGs
interesting comparison video, tho i gotta say, even with how disappointing mkm feels, i rly dont like buying sealed product in yugioh, while i feel fine on mtg
Ya looking forward to seeing the Fallout unboxing
It's just precons and precon cards in collector packs..
interesting crossover, nice to see it
you should read up on how the modern archetypes of Yugioh work in general
For a minute there I thought it was going to be one single Play booster
Magic and one piece comparrison would be cool
I've no idea about Yu-Gi-Oh (accept the manga back in the day :P) but great pulls!
Wow some suprise yugioh nostalgia
Nice to bring some diversity ;-)
MKM coming to an end? Don't know whether to be happy or sad. Didn't know you liked Yu-Gi-Oh. What's the appeal of that game and how does it compare to MTG mechanics wise?
nostalgia bro. its very different to magic gameplay wise . its way more ridig as i talked about in the video
Nice MKM box - don’t know anything about Yugi-Oh
cool comparison for sure
Clue mtg, cant wait for the monopoly set
you should go back through your bulk insidious roots rose above 1€ and you pulled atleast 20
nice battle. Ionly have room for the old tcgame. cheers
Interesting comparison I have to say.
maze of millenia is pretty good Yu-gi-oh booster box
MTG is also for me TCG of choice. Thx for video
What's funny is as a former yugioh player I still love the game. I just can't afford to keep up in a game with such power creep sadly
Edit: Also watching someone who isn't familiar with the new rarities is kinda funny haha
Off with a banger! excellent stuff
oh yeah nostalgia hits with yugioh
ooooo. magic vs... love it!!!
I feel the same about Kellan
Im hyped for the fallout packs
I guess it is not hard to beat the mkm play booster boxes. :D
I thought the point of reprint was to keep higher value cards at their value. That retro one in the beginning was a common 😑 and that one blue frame was barley a dollar.
I'd rather watch mtg.
Is there a way I can get the art cards from magic?
i can send them to you for some sweet sweet coins of yours :) write me an email tcg.love.openings@gmail.com
I haven’t watched it yet but I’m guessing Yu-Gi-Oh
Nice comparison
Interesting comparison
Love the openings!
I never played yugi oh, soooo don’t know… video topic might be very special for guys, that really struggle what to invest and play both tcgs
Also I don't care about yugioh, I have to say it's a funny variation as long as it is not too often. Probably Pokemon or Digimon once would be interesting, there the artworks are nice.
man yugioh reminds me of middle school
Yugioh doesn't do it for me, but it was a nice change of pace. Bring on Fallout!
Only a mtg fan, but this was interesting to see
