We calculated with taking the back seats out we only add about 300 lbs. that includes batteries, mattress, solar panel, heavy duty drawer slides and the wood. which is basically like driving around with 2 people in the back. Suburbans can hold 7 people comfortably so it’s nothing for the suspension or engine to have an extra 300 lbs to carry. We intentionally try to keep it as light as we can while still making it durable and long lasting.

I love how simple and useful everything is! You guys do amazing work. Really know who I'd turn to when I want something done!
Well thought out and nicely built. Thanks for sharing.
Your work is top notch. I fear I may steal some of your ideas. Great job.
Real nice build!
You guys do great work, do you mind sharing where you get the adjustable legs for the kitchen drawer system?
Thanks
How CNC machine will the floor fitment in extreme perfection
What's the added weight from the added wood? Often tow while staying in the back so payload is often a concern.

@@everventurecustom Oh I have an 07 Z71, it's the ~1600 lb payload always seems to disappear real quick when pulling the race trailer.
What’s the approximate cost of a build similar to this?
