@@davidstein9129 Thank you for appreciating. I will be sharing more albums of great recordings. Just sending it out in batches so its not overwhelming and have a good mix of genre. Checking as well to make sure they are really ‘audiophile quality’.
@@davidstein9129 I agree. Her records are always of great quality and one or two might even be better than “the girl on the other room”. I picked it because it was the album that introduced me to her music and the one that made her one of my favorite vocalist.
so look foward to u choices. if i dont have i search out. for. listen and buy. thank u for broadening my taste. p.s radio heads rainbows is good cheers jim till next time
@@gerardfletcher1203 Thank you for appreciating my choices. I agree, in rainbows and hail to the thief is great too. They will most probably get featured on one of my future videos.
I've never heard of sacd's before you mentioned them. The players are expensive but I found a Sony UBP-X700/M Blu-ray player that plays them for $158 at Crutchfield. Gonna have to pull the trigger!
@@punkhillbilly3869 Most SACDs can play on a regular CD player. SACDs usually have 2 layers: stereo and multi-channel. So maybe you dont even need to buy new if you already have one. If you do buy, you dont have to buy an expensive one. Sony have pretty good ones like you mentioned and maybe second hand Oppo.
@@jimthedinosaur you miss the point entirely. SACD sounds much better than redbook CD's with much more depth and detail in the music. That is the point of buying a player that will play the SACD layer.
@@CliffCollipriest2013 Thank you. I actually agree. The SACD layer is usually better than what’s on red book and it will be great to hear on an SACD player. Just saying you can still play it on a (some) CD players if you dont have the means yet.
@@jimthedinosaur In that regard you are of course correct. I guess my point was if you don't have and SACD player why buy an SACD? The Redbook CDs are much cheaper.
Thanks for posting this video. I'm learning about new music offerings out there of fine recordings

All of Diana K's sound great. I have a used Boxed Set set of her work. It's Remastered. She uses some of the best production people
