Hope you enjoy the video and if you do, maybe you can spare a Like! Usually I make these guides with what I think is the best, or rather the most consistent, for a player that hasn't beaten Danger 5 with the character yet. Today that's different and instead I show off my favorite method, but it's very risky and can easily end in losses, especially on starts that would be considered top tier (as these usually mean you don't become stronger but instead ramp up economy like crazy). So if you do struggle with Loud, I highly recommend going for Slingshots or Shurikens. Both benefit insanely from his additional material gain since these are very strong weapons, but they require a bunch of investement - easier to do for a character that earns so much more material. And once you got them going on red levels, the bounces will wipe out everything on the stage. Any other melee weapon is a very big risk on him, mostly since you expect to see more enemies than usual, so waves with a lot of ranged enemies usually end in a stage that is flooded by them, slowly (or quickly) taking down your HP bar.
Other than weapons mentioned, I strongly recommend to try thief daggers - extra money with extra enemies gets real crazy real fast, my favorite way to play loud by far :)
I initially started it as a Shuriken run but before wave 9 I complained 11 times how much attack speed I could have (yes I counted it later xD) and once wave 9 was finished I was too depressed and restarted with Ghost Flint
I love how Dex does a tutorial on how to beat a certain goal and along the way doesn't choose any of the things that he's actually suggesting to do. "If you don't do what I do here you should be all right."
Why do you always skip bag? Its one of the number one economy items you can buy especially during early waves. It pays for itself after finding one to two crates and from there it's all profit for the low low price of -1% speed.
I don't like bag, it's a huge investment early on for something that may or may not pay off over several rounds, but that's mostly down to how I view it. And I understand it pays off over time, but it's not as simple as that. Let's say I take away every single material you earn for the first 19 waves, but before wave 20 you gain 1000x the amount back. Meaning this pays off the investment by 1000x, with the slight issue that you will never get there since you won't be able to buy anything. In other words the only times I take bags is when I am not looking for a particular thing with high priority and I'll never take it early on unless the character has bonus trees and is strong enough to deal with the enemies even if RNG is bad and I don't get exactly what I want
@@DexTag if you get +15 material when picking up a crate, where's the downside? Is there a hidden detriment that I'm not seeing? Do you only get the material and not an item?
@@wojtekszynklarz554 you spend money in the moment you buy it, money you could have used for something else. That's my entire point. If you want to gamble on that that's totally fine, but if I know what I need at a certain point to comfortably win, why would I then risk not getting a return if I get unlucky? I really dont understand why this is so hard to understand. I manage to understand why people like it and go for it, but I feel like with my explanation it should be understandable why I don't want it
I think they should add an ability to "purge" an item from a shop, so that the player can delete some useless uniques and never see them again during the run.
Dex, the varying damage was, indeed, from the Gaint's Belt. It deals 10% of current HP to the mobs, so mobs with more HP get hit for more than mobs with less HP. Also, the 5% harvesting scaling only affects positive harvesting. If you're in the negative, it's not giving you more negative. You keep losing it cause the loud has -3 harvest per wave xD
33:19 Harvesting does not normally grow(or shrink, in endless) when it's negative. The reason you go from -80 to -83 and eventually -91 is loud's trait.
Not in this video, and the only mod I usually use unless its obvious modding for a modded video (e.g. starting with max luck) is a health display mod. The rest of the things you see are just changed settings, e.g. the color outline of weapons and I assume the circle is a character highlight

Because of what I say right after in the shop. This wasn't planned to be Endless, meaning there is only 1 more wave, which is the final boss wave. You wouldn't expect to get a lot of HP in 1 shop prior to the boss wave, but 8 Melee Damage is a lot
I Play using the crown character and fist because the low attack speed, when i got 6 fist IV the damage is 250 and attack speed 0,10s and is not too hard to get it in every time.

Hey not sure anyone has pointed this out or if you already know it but you don’t have to wait for mother to evolve, just damage her. Yet again this comment might not be useful at all 😅
@@alang20 Yea, the issue is the kills on them that give you the bonus attack speed are not shared. So let's say you get 120 kills on 12 flints and each of them has 10 kills, then you end the round with 0 attack speed bonus. The best case for the most attack speed would be to only have 1 of the flints, though then you might run into issues that you don't kill enough enemies anymore since the attack speed is limited by melee weapon animations. So usually people went for 4 red flints and stopped there.
