Hi alina this video is inspired me to come out from my comfort zone and teaches me how to fund our expenses. I hope you will never cancel your trip just because of money. Good luck to you. Keep going on.
Hey, I came across your channel at random a few years ago when I became interested in travelling to Russia and Ukraine! So pleased for you that your audience has grown so much, congratulations! 😊
Alina, you are a real great person! I hope you have already planned another interesting trip for this year. I watched all your videos from the trip , and I feel guilty for not cooperating on your Pantreon. Keep going Alina!
What I like about Alina is her honesty and how open she is. Most youtubers don't actually disclose their revenues and expenses, previous jobs etc. Hope she will reach 100k subscribers this year and could afford to live in any place of the world where she wishes :)
Fantastic Alina. You're very clear of your anything description. It's the 1st point of your success. And the 2nd one is you believe in yourself. These two are the most essentials of one's progress. I enjoyed a lot this episode. God bless you.

I dip in and out every few months and I'm really happy that your channel has blown up. First came across your video on Moldova/Transinistria when I was looking to take my GF away for her 30th and we decided to go there. May the growth continue!
Hi Alina, thank you for sharing information. I was very excited and listened to the talk with increasing interest. I really long for your journey will resume in a very near future. Take a good rest in Saskatoon with your dad before your next journey. Be your own kind of beautiful!!!
I will tell you how I found your channel Alina back in 2016, I watched a video called: You know you’re dating a Russian woman, And that’s what lead me to your channel, I’ve been your top subscriber ever since, giving you nice comments!
Alina, I do not know you, but I love the fact you are so down to earth and real. It is refreshing to see and hear how you accomplished your feat and took a step out in faith. You are so humble, I love that. I truly love your videos. I believe you are an amazing woman. Love the music and your voice is beautiful. I am curious how many languages do you speak?
Thank you for your openness and honesty! It is encouraging to learn about a "real" person doing awesome things and making ends meet. And hell yeah on the "believing in myself" part! That has been the #1 contributor to my success and one of the top things people who say they could never do it can't seem to understand.
Thanks so much for all the tips and information you shared on this video. I wondered about your apartment and being able to maintain that during your long time away from home. Thanks for clarifying that as I did not want to ask you that being a personal issue. I feel a lot more comfortable just learning and following you because of my dream to visit Russia and Ukraine myself as soon as I can. I don't think I would even know where to start without your great input and convincing me to follow my heart and do what I have always wanted. Hats off to you and glad to know you are healthy and continuing to enjoy your life, even during this major world health issue. Keep smiling and stay with us dear, we need your smiles and good vibes you always have for watching your work and sharing. Cheers !!

I am Canadian living in Spain. I pay €35/month for internet + mobile phone with 10GB data roaming and unlimited calls inside Spain. Within the EU there's no extra fee for data roaming. The rates in Canada are terrible!!
Since you are now traveling in foreign countries a lot, you might want to consider using Google Fi as your cell phone service. Unlimited talk and text in $20 per month. Fi also automatically switches to WiFi whenever it's available, so data use will be minimal when you're traveling mainly in cities and staying in hotels. You don't have to switch SIM cards in different countries, since Fi is world wide with service in most countries. In fact, with Google phones and a few others, you don't even need a SIM card. If you do need to use cell data, you only pay for what you use and the maximum data charges you can incur is $60 per month. There are no contracts involved and you can turn the service off and on at will.
In my decision to travel, I look up the cost of apartments or airbnb's and how much the food at the grocery stores are and try to base my decision to stay there on that because that is my biggest factors that I will spend my money on. I'm super frugal so they are the main two things I spend my money on during traveling. I use WiFi as much as I can to save on getting a phone plan. Lol. I hope to be able to be a full time traveler soon without having to work for someone else! 🙏💫
Yeah. You do look good when you're all dolled up with all the make-up and the whole shabang. But you are naturally stunning without all of that as well 0:00 to 0:20
That's interesting whenever you talk about your father! The way you speak about him is full of emotions! I think he is not your biological father, but you still love him proudly, interesting! 😚
Hi Alina. You look stunningly beautiful. Your eyes, hair, skin, the way you talk , how you talk and what you talk all those things accentuate beauty of your personality. I stumbled upon you while I was watching the Video of Nomadic Indian when you are in South India; if I am not mistaken. Anyway I enjoy watching your Vlogs especially when I am at home in quarantine time. You are really amazing. I watched your video on Transnistria which I think no Vloger ever ventured into going there and most of the people around the World not aware of that country called Transnistria. Thanks for that. Love from Mumbai, India.

Thanks for sharing your tips with us people often wonder how is even possible? Some landlords and landladies do allow tenants to sublet and get house/flat mates. We also have people that don’t believe what you and other travel vlogers do and they make their comments. I would like to go on a few long trips like you’ve gone but because of what I do I don’t think it’s gonna happen anytime soon but maybe one day when I have more time and financial freedom.
It does help so much to have a place that you're able to rent out. I hope you are still able to make some amazing trips and go to all your dream places! Thank you so much for all your support to my work! :)
Alina, very interesting insights into something I wondered about while watching your vlogs. Thanks for revealing some of the details behind how you do what you do. Sort of telling us, "how the kolbasa is made." Now that you've established a wonderful foundation for your brand, I trust that you're using the COVID19 travel hiatus to build out your longer term strategy for a growing, sustainable business. There must be numerous ways for you to leverage this into a terrific product that generates multiple revenue streams, allowing you to profitably continue your travels to interesting places. Maybe you'll become the new Rick Steves or "Орёл и Решка". But no matter what road you choose, all the best to you and stay safe during this crazy time.
Thank you, John! Yes, this time is actually really beneficial for me to not only spend some time with family, but learn more online about how to make my channel better and build business plans for going forward. Hope you and your loved ones are doing well!
Thanks for the info. Been planning to do something similar and it was good to know about the AirBnB credit. I went on a 4-week trip across East Europe last year and I loved it. Looking forward to visiting Russia next. Do you think riding a motorcycle across Russia would be possible? Or as an American, would it be impossible to register a vehicle there? I'd like to see all the backroads and little villages.
You can definitely rent cars there as a foreigner if you have an international drivers license, I assume the same is true with a motorcycle. Taking it across Russia though, I personally wouldn't recommend a motorcycle because some of their roads are pretty rough. You'd want something with 4 wheel drive.
I know people that motorcycled around Russia and they carried spare tires as the roads were bad and chewed some tires up enroute. You might call some moto clubs in Moscow to get some advice and pointers.
Thanks for the financial information. I've been wondering about that. I've been thinking, you must make a lot of money. Your so good at telling people, what it's like, and what to expect, going to so many different places. I think tho, you should be making more, or someday wilI. I have also travelled extensively. I considered doing what you do. However, after watching your videos, I cou not do them, nearly as good as you. Mainly, because you speak English and Russian, fluently, and you seem to have a lot of energy. But you asked ,if anyone has any travel experience or advice. For me, I would work a job, and save up money. Then quit thee job, and move to a city or place I was interested in. Then get an appt., and rent it month to month, for 3 months. I would really get to know the bplace good. Then I would spend one month, traveling around that area of the country. After four months, go home, and go back to work.
@@Fan-zx1lz I'm not exactly sure what you mean, I think tho, the answer is yes, at least in most countries. Some I know, do not what you to take photos and videos. But even those ones, will allow regular tourist type of things. Even North Korea, but you have to have a government guide with you, who will tell you what you can and can't do.
Anyone can do the 9-5 routine (yawn). Anyone who knows where they'll be in a year, is probably already there. Surprise! Bohrrr-ing! Keep challenging the mainstream. Sometimes if those little voices in your head get too loud, just ignore them. You've got this Alina!
Nice video. As about me I only had you know hotel-traveling for about 1 to 2 weeks. And it's a little bit scaring for me to travel during 1 month and more. I guess first of all I need to create a remote income in currency like USD and after that try to live in another country for long period of time. It's actually my core dream. Have a nice day!

Hello Alina, I hope your having a wonderful day! 😊👍 This video is awesome! 🥇🏆👏 Seeing how you succeed on your work, and your awesome channel is beautiful. I’m so proud of how your channel is so successful. 🏅🥇👏 You have a great future, and a great destiny that you have achieved. This video is very helpful, I really appreciate your great advice Alina Thank you so much! 😊 👍 you are a fascinating explorer Alina, I wish an author wrote a book about your work and your awesome travels around the world, like an autobiography. That would so awesome! 😊 I wish you Alina and your family a beautiful Sunday. Take care Alina and stay safe. 😊👋😘
Alina, Airbnb just staying in someone's apartment or house, while they're travelling, or they live somewhere else, perhaps in the same city, and rent their spare apartment to you to make some money. Right? I've been travelling in the former USSR for 24 years. I really like the old Soviet era apartment buildings. They are un-remodeled, 3 generations living in few rooms, bedrooms convert to living rooms during day, big pot of soup cooking, tiny intimate kitchen. Older women stand at the train stations with "KOMNATA" (room) signs, to find guests. You get your own room & share everything else with the family. The family makes great efforts to give you good advice, & to find whatever information or people contacts you need. The reason I like these home stays better than Airbnb is that the latter is so lonely. A home stay lets you meet real [Russians], and not only see how they live, but to participate in their living. They usually have no car, shop at bazaar instead of supermarket, cook everything from scratch, have a dacha in the countryside for growing food, & are a very close family. Home stay is also cheaper than a hostel or Airbnb, & these people have a greater need for the money. If you don't see anyone standing with a KOMNATA (room) sign at the station, walk a few steps to the small kiosks selling food, cigarettes, or other products, and tell the lady you're looking for KOMNATA. The 1st or 2nd lady you approach will with great speed call someone she knows who will rent you a room. This kind of mutual aid & word of mouth is how the Soviet people have survived since WW II.
I have question were you aware of Transnistria/Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic before someone and me mentioned when you announced you were visiting Moldova? Reason I’m asking is because every time I mention to people even in Russia they go like what, where is that? I have recommended to more people and they actually went there.
haha yes I doubt I would have heard of it unless someone hadn't emailed me! They were strangely from the west here and went there themselves, but they're definitely the minority!
Wow that video is superb 👍👍👍👍👍👍 I also dream of one day of becoming a traveller like you I started saving money for the travel l love all your vlogs travel videos you deserve more subscribers from Shafee Meethoo

Thank you!
Do you have a chronological list of your trip posted?

True l done so many things same as u....keep it up
Woow ur so cute and amazing. Thanks for ur info n im preparing to go Travel after the border open
Smart girl 👍
Full time travel with income and expenditure wow!!!!!!
Did you ever do Couchsurfing?
No, always been a bit apprehensive and awkward to do that unless it's a mutual friend.
When r u coming to India?
Wow that video is superb 👍👍👍👍👍👍 I also dream of one day of becoming a traveller like you I started saving money for the travel l love all your vlogs travel videos you deserve more subscribers from Shafee Meethoo
Thank you so much and I hope you are able to have many amazing travels!
Hope you consider south america for your next adventure of course when pandemic is controlled. ;) un abrazo desde Lima, Perú.
Planning on that next year :)
Well, in Russia and in some other post Soviet Union republics people is working full time for 300 USD and often less than 200 USD! for them it’s good money
This just goes to show that you that being an influencer actually saves you a ton of money.
