- The mix I made:
2 x good size beef heart, remove sinew and fat.
1-2 fillets mullet, any good sea fish, I like mullet nice and oily
Prawns
Mussels, paprika, spinach, peas, banana, cucumber Liquid calcium, vitamins, spirulina 3 cloves of garlic

awesome ,,,and I'm having trouble getting my discus eating the beef heart I ever mix it with garlic extreme but the only eat everything that is red and the beef heart gets White with the aquarium water any suggestions please thank you

you would see with my mix the spirulina powder turns it a nice green, do you mince or grind your beefheart? and only feed a small portion at a time, that way it gets eaten very quickly so no time to turn, let me know how you go

Have been asked a few times now about the recipe, so I thought I would add the ingredient listing (This is how I make mine) but honestly work with yours the fun is to mix and match until you come up with your sweet mix :)

sir can i directly feed the frozen food or i have to defrost it fisrst??
You can feed it directly, I tend to freeze it fairly thin, so once it hits the water, it doesnt last long :)
Sir can we dry it and can we use it for 7 or 8 days with out frozen .
hey mate, u could try to dry it out, not sure to be honest :)
