Im a classically trained violinist myself and am so impressed by how relaxed he is. One commenter was correct it is more baroque style just redneck bach lol
Mr. Cleveland is the definition of a maestro.
That was *absolutely* masterful.
Why Thank you...and I don't even know you.....

WHAT IS THIS SORCERY
He sold his soul to the sungod Ra. The problem is he's so flaming hot that the sun will go supernova the second Ra attemts to claim it! :-o
I'm convinced that that meme was created after this video. vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/glee/images/e/eb/What-kind-of-sorcery-is-this.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130422032527
He's good 👍💟💟💟
@@kennethames7464 That is to weird! Lol
He is an alchemist. Pure plain and simple
Absolutely incredible. Pitch perfect, and boy can he play fast. I love that Railroad train tone.
That's not a train song. You may be thinking of th-cam.com/video/u-nH2DvGEiI/w-d-xo.html .
Never thought I'd have a "favorite violinist" but here we are
That is one of the most amazing things I ever seen. Truly a talented musician. The world needs more of them.
This man absolutely sold his soul for that skill. I've never seen anything like that before.
It's God's work at his finest. praise him
Amazing how the band can keep up with Michael
There’s some notes on Michael fiddle that are not on mine for some reason!’!!! He is one of a kind musician on his instrument!!
blueseruser I noticed he’s got himself a
5-string with the low C
5th string
@@declanwaters9890 Crap. I was hoping it was an alternate tuning. I spent hours trying to play this thing at slow speeds until I realized that the G string was tuned lower. I tried F first. That worked for a few measure, but not everywhere. I tried C. That still didn't work. So it's a fifth string. Rats.
No…thank you!
Mr Cleveland…and Merry Christmas to you, and yourn!
Never gets old watching this. :)
Dude could play the minute waltz in 3.7 seconds.
Just found this man and I'm hooked... More please
I've heard many a guitar "shredder" in my day, but this is the first time I've ever heard a fiddler shred. That was bad-ass. It would be cool to see this guy jam out with Paul Gilbert.
Finally, I found someone playing viola as a fiddle! And as predicted it sounds incredible! We need more of this in the world!
Music comes from the soul and this lad has gotten so much of it. Big love and respect.
There really are NO words to adequately describe the sounds that spew forth from Michael and his instrument! I feel so very fortunate to have seen him play live perhaps 5 or 6 times now over the years as he has played at bluegrass festivals on the west Coast and the Desert SouthWest. Once again Michael ..... thank you for the Music ! :) ...... Steve
Father, God in Heaven, Thank you for blessing us for this glorious young man! I thank you in the name of our lord Jesus Christ Our Lord, Amen!
met the man in real life he is truly blessed
This guy has and absurdly stratospheric level of skill
The banjo player is absolutely top of his game too.
love the little Beatles" Norwegian Wood ditty"
It should be illegal to be this darn good. This man just blew my mind .
Holy smokes!!!!! His skills are absolutely insane dude. From Heaven above!!
I love bluegrass. Always have. And since I grew up far far away from where bluegrass originated, I was blessed with being exposed to all kinds of genres from my Dad. TY Dad. Now I'm older in years. But I did grow up in the best of times with all different types of music. Seeing Jerry Garcia, Pete Seeger, Papa John, and Vassar Clements. And if just makes me so darn happy that Michael is here and playing just wonderful stuff. He's a gift to the world.
I’m not a country or bluegrass fan, but holy shiht, I think this might be one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen in my whole life…
Seriously!!!! 😩
God bless Michael Cleveland, that playing takes my soul for ride.
I just now discovered Michael on a youtube short video that popped up from when he was about 12 years old and now I've seen this video and I'm hooked. This guy is talented like nobody's business! Thank you Michael and may God continue to bless you! From your newest fan from Los Angeles, CA.🖐😎 P.S. I shared your video this morning with my father in Texas 🤠👍and he loves you too!

My ears were not even fast enough........🤯🤯🤯! This is almost scary,I love it! ❤️🙏
His tone is out of this world. Absolute magic.
I wouldn’t have thought it was humanly possible to play a fiddle with such intensity and precision. Micheal Cleveland is a National Treasure!
