      Seats were great….the fact the train didn’t actually make it back to Edinburgh, was not 🤣🤣🤣

      Most important thing for longer distances is fuelling and keeping hydrated. Even in smaller rides you should be eating every hour. It was something that took me ages to get right. Starting small is the best way to start as your body needs to get used to being on the bike too. And plan! Planning makes things a lot easier. Knowing the route well and what to expect in terms of terrain and climbs helps in pace and preparation.

      Haha!! My hubby wears them as he is ginger and burns so easily. The white helps reflect too. He bought a size to small so hr gave them to me.
