I agree it's not the most exciting design, but that first reveal in TDK when it pops out of the Tumbler is just so iconic and badass that I had to order one anyway.
I watched the Dark Knight at least 10 times when it was in theaters. Every single time the audience cried out a woah! when Batman flipped the Batpod around off the building wall. Those reactions will stick with me forever.
I think posing Batman with his EMP rifle standing next to the Batpod still looks pretty bad ass. He doesn’t necessarily have to be on it. Still, this is a very nice looking piece. Those tires are monsters!
I think the piece looks really good, still concerned with how fragile it might be, but this encourages me to get Catwoman 2.0. I am getting DX 19 already on POer and I have the TUmbler, so I will probably pass on the pod, but it looks great.
I think you definitely made the right decision posing Batman the way you did instead of having him full-on riding it. If you pose him riding it, it's just not the same without his cape flowing in the wind.

While this does look nice, I have the queen studios 1/6 scale Catwoman on batpod on preorder so I’ll pass on this. Maybe you should get that as well and do a comparison 😁😁
My handlebar stabilizer broke. It got stuck in the mounting hole and wouldn’t come back out. After trying to remove it for 10 minutes it snapped but the broken piece got stuck in main handlebar. Sideshow toy took care of me on it and exchanged it since they determined it was defective.
Lol, how did you review a Batpod without mentioning whether or not it had the horizontally spinning tires feature? It's literally the 1 thing I look for in any Batpod model.

As someone who lives in NYC, the tumbler literally needs its own bedroom to fit. Heck, you might need to feed the meter in order to keep it. True, this vehicle is underwhelming. It has to be the most “display case friendly” in terms of fitting in a traditional display case.
No offense to anyone who collects sixth scale figures, but worries like those voiced here are why I got this in twelfth scale. Tamashii Nations pretty much nailed the design and their TDK Batman figure fits on this without much fuss. Having said that though, how well does this go with DX19, that being a larger body and all?

Batman is in a four way tied for my number one superhero along hulk,spidey, and Wolverine but I couldn’t care less about him right now because I’m so hyped about that spider-man movie right now. The greatest superhero film ever in my opinion. Nice batpod though.

i appreciate the details and craftsmanship on these figures. But there’s no way these things are “objectively” worth thousands of dollars. 1k for a top of the line smartphone or 1k for a figure. 3 figures, or one top of the line gaming computer. 5 figures or a relatively good used car.
