The interesting thing about that is left handed steering was not originally mandated for early automobiles. Henry Ford liked to go fast and pass what ever wagon, bicyclist or herd of sheep was in from of him and passing was easier accomplished with steering on the left. The Ford Company built so many cars that all others in the US fell in line. There is 1 Model T body called the Ford 3 door and the drivers position is pretty much center, to my memory. At one time there was one @ The Petersen in L.A.

That's the price to pay to make 1 liter engine snappy enough to stay in the pace of rush hour traffic, but it sure as hell is not some cruiser to cover long distances.

I bought a 1988 Ford F-150 with the XLT Lariat trim. Top tier trim package, with power windows, power locks, and full climate control (AC and heater, not just a heater). It's been somewhat reliable the past year I've owned it, and I've fallen in love with it. I'll be hopefully beginning a full frame-up restoration someday soon on it. I understand the comment at 11:50 about liking the fuss and having to fiddle with things constantly to stay on the road. And 3-speed automatic transmissions, my truck has one of those, are just interesting because the engine is just screaming at high RPMs at highway speeds. I love it, but it isn't great in some cases.

Dudes! You missed the main point of this styling gem from the end of Japan’s bubble economy era. It was designed for unmarried women between 18-30. Hence automatic, hook for handbag and top you can take down without ruining your nails. Also a small vase for flowers.

Hey Robert! Look, if you like wierd cars, In Argentina, when Citroen left the 2CV factory, a rich man bought it bought it, And decided to continue building the 2CV but with a few changes, they decided to place a more modern engine, With electronic ignition and redesigned the suspension, they outfitted it with an independent suspension (which was terrible) and they sold very few, and the ones that are left are very cheap because people hate them.
(Sorry for the grammar mistakes, in from Argentina and my English sucks)
