There is a certain amount of vibration at various engine RPM however the wobble seen is exagerated by the frame rate of the video much like the prop appearing to slow down or turn in the reverse direction :)

Ultralight should be 350 lbs empty weight. 60hp 6gal. Goony light weight can be dangerous.

Think I would put at least a floor and a descent seat in that puppy...good video though!
