Theyll never put in a level 50 cap. Its too late to implement that now unless they got rid of the SHD watch levels and theyre never going to do that. If they did it would be a death sentence for the game.
This was the best well scripted detailed explanation of what is going to happen you could not have said it any more accurately for all Division Fans. I hope that someone in the Division world adheres to what your saying please continue educating us on the game play information and builds keep up the great work

I played the summit again since I was starting to get bored with Countdown. and I love the vibe of Summit. But bottom line everything is repetitive need new content maps. Thanks!
Things I am interested in:
- Immersive mode 😊. Well, in Breakpoint they added this and if MarcoStyle is right in his videos the majority of D1 purchasers left the game quickly expecting a tactical shooter resulting in way lower D2 sales. Optional grind and immersive mode could attract more purchasers
- DLCs: always happy to pay for it but hate when this requires additional grind again like WoNY. I am very excited for the Brooklyn DLC
- darkzones: add a PvE mode and use the map in campaign considering the small size of DC. Forced PvPvE is no good idea. A lot people avoid the darkzones because of that, they don’t want to be cannon fodder they want to enjoy playing after an intense workday. Make it optional as in other games to suit individual tastes. Carving areas out of the map for PvPvE purposes does not make sense.

Level 50 cap? People just got done whining and crying about seasonal characters. You think they’re going to be in favor of actually having to scrap gear for all new with a new level increase?
Maybe add some way to upgrade lvl40 to lvl50 with some significant but not impossible cost
@@v4714v Yeah someone suggested the way Destiny does it by infusing gear to increase the levels.
Rather have a golden eye mode in open world (way less bullets to kill) screw points and trophies if I get to play realisticly with the gun I like and whatever gear would be more enjoyable and have lore fans

@@SCarter02767 agreed. I'm pretty sure no one wants to scrap gears that have been expertise invested, the higher expertise upgrade, the more painful it is to scrap them. Infusing would be great
They should add a Rogue faction option in Division 2 or 3. Different base of ops, safe houses, storyline, missions in the open world. Red watch and ANNA. No longer dealing with JTF or the aligned communties but not necessarily adversaries unless chosen or provoked. Faction specific missions against SHD, Black Tusk, Hunters, and everyone else. The key is that you have to grind out a Rogue faction level for example 50. Still keeping your level 40 of your agent. Like leveling up in the DZ. Add different ways of using skills and how often. Like being able to use multiple, more powerful variations of these skills but, for shorter durations and cool down times. The higher the Rogue level the tankier you get. Expertise already made weapons strong enough. Armor and health would be the major focus this go around. Since Expertise level armor doesnt really add anything significant. Keep in mind not all Rogues are "Keener's Rogues." Some Rogues work with Black Tusk. Some are random defectors of SHD. Some were flagged unfairly by ISAC being so rigid forced into exile. I just want to see how others see it as a possibility. I think it would get things really going as far as enthusiasm for the community. Going Rogue would actually have some cons but, benefits that are tangible.
I believe that the more that they do to it, the more they mess it up. I like your idea about division 1 builds, but I do know users who like using Rigger. I can't even run the map, because if you take over the control points, they reset once you stop playing every night. Fix the problems, but if you are going to add, take the time to make sure a flawless change.

Addition of Immersive Mode
My suggestion would potentially this Keener storyline comes to a point with the DLC where you can choose a faction to do stuff for, the Divison or the Rogues.
This is seperate progression from the other stuff and you can switch somehow (maybe not all the time)

All those talents that are not used should be available for other gear - like when the game first dropped - gloves, holster, and kneepads should have those talents… and those useless gear set bonus should be attached to other - more used - gear sets… just a thought
For the past few weeks, I've just been doing Summit Legendary. I just like the challenge. And it gives me time to think of different ways to get through the content.
I think it would be cool if they setup a PVP practice arena for up to a 4 man team to practice and test builds with friends. No loss of points or anything. Anybody can revive anybody. Some of the Decent rooms are pretty cool and offer cover etc... Don't need an entire map for it.
I’m replaying Division 1……still fun…and Survival is the best game mode
I would have been happy to try it out to see what it was like. I think it's gonna really deplete a lot of things that we all could have enjoyed... possibly. I'm just an old gamer...71 year old gramma. Been playing Division for many, many years. Loved 1 and love 2. I don't play PVP and stay outta dark zone... so different game for me. It's just me and a friend playing EVERY day.

I still play The Summit... because it's there and I just want to.
AND I use Tag Team and Exclusive Delivery on some of my loadouts.
So the big horn loses headshot damage with the standard headhunter chest piece. If under 150, HSD you start going down like from 125 to 90 to actually negative numbers. You have to log out then back in and it will be right again. At 150 or above it after maxing stacks it will drop below 150 HSDam. But if you have someone inspect your stats you see 90 and they see what it supposed to be . Is it giving you the correct talent damage?
I'm either farming lvl 100 or just doing the 15 floors for the project 😅 I'd be happy with a lvl 50 cap. They could make the final control point in a section harder too. I've always thought after clearing say 2 of the 3 "The remaining elites and high ranking officers have rallied at the ______ control point". That then makes the last point legendary. But your idea for the whole world being legendary is better

Enjoyed doing Heroic in a group of 4, tedious doing it alone. Bring back the SHD to be in groups again.

Just did Summit for the first time. The only advantage i saw was constant enemies.
Please. Just 5 more conflict maps and make all missions available on legendary level/world map too. Itd be a new game for me and keep me going til D3.
I play the summit to get the weekly exotic and named caches for completing 15 floors, but not every week. Maybe every month lol

I started D2 in Feb 2024, Kami is right, I only did the collage once, I am working on Summot but I also only play to play it once up to lvl 100 and that's it
I might play the weekly 15 lvl just for excotic, but might do it in normal mode to ram thru it
They should bring back the vanguard gear set from div 1 also nomad gear set in div 2 would be insane
I love summit, just fun to keep pushing sometimes. When missions or open world get tired... I like leveling in Summit
Split the stash in two, both with the same 300 max, but have guns and mods in one, armour items in the second one. That would be nice.

Man you can cook some really interesting suggestions there I like it . They have a heap of mission areas from the start of the game that they could do weekly incursions or classified assignments could be opened and re worked for this purpose. Exotics from raids could be at kennley or all exclusives be available there allow pve and solo players get access to this stuff . Let’s get dlc plus how about heart land area appears out side of the nyc map as an incursion mini raid or something. We totally need less gear and more actual content maps missions weekly or fortnight refresh on mini missions

I play descent weekly for no other reason than to get the ever rising comms.. currently 40 out of 79.. they'll probably increase it again when I get closer . Lol.. Northwest Arkansas

It’s so hard to play decent, me and my brothers started playing (I started b4 the bugs in last title update) but decent could be a great mode.. if it wasn’t so hard.. me and my bro play on challenging world difficulty. Starting to think it’s carrying over to decent, we can hardly get to loop 4 when enemy waves double we start to go down quick.. 10 loop checkpoint I believe we would still never make it to.. 😂 and I wouldn’t be playing decent but only bc u can earn exotic caches for grinding hours into decent as opposed to anywhere else..
There are a lot of videos on YT showing how people pick that talents for each talent pool. You should check them out. Each talent pool requires you to play it certain way (for better or worse).
I was looking forward to the additional character slot with every season.
The manhunt should be a daily thing to keep players playing. There should be daily exotic missions daily quests. Bounties should be a farmable thing like they drop 1 key and 10 keys get you an item you get to choose each week they rotate. Exotic 10 keys brand set with custom rolls 10 keys weapon 5 keys and I mean it needs to be a low amount of keys the grind cant be hard or drawn out because people will get bored and leave. 10 bounties is proto high tou gotta grind to get the bounty maybe 5 keys
I'd be happy if the devs allowed two exotic gear pieces or weapons. Gave us the ability to delete unused/unnecessary emoji and clownish vanity pieces. I could use that space for something, no anything else.
If I boost my character to lvl 30. Can I still match make on Countdown and can I toggle Targeted Loot? I cant seem to either. Please help.
I like the summit because I'm more of a solo player, also why, because I farm floor 90 for target loot / exo's, which is really fast way, faster than countdown. What needs to be improved on the summit is these stupid drone levels, and the fact that killing drones doesn't give you any armor on kill / ammo / med packs / loot / etc. Besides this you name many good points
You need some less diresireable gear sets for deconstruction fodder. Right?

I think this was the deathshot for the game. this was one of there last attemps to restart the game and fix as many bug in a cotrolled enviroment. Community blocked it and now they will stop and only focus on the DLC
Love the idea of gear sets from Division 1.
They are in a very tight predicament where they have very little movement to create a new experience in a 6 year old gane , seasonal failed as it split the community, GS50 would be the only option but again we would be grinding the same old missions etc and with countdown you could have most of your main builds back within a week and then back to the same boredom we have now. Brooklyn DLC will have to have a shitload of substance to keep people playing and to keep going back there, which is where they failed with WONY as it was under utilised, to be honest at the end of the last manhun when Keener came back thats where Div 2 should have finished and left us in suspense for Div 3
Bring back classified gearsets and make the pieces as rare as Div1, make them double the performance of the original gearset, heck force us to use all 6 pieces so it's that much more elusive

I think the seasonal chars were their idea to move the story forward with our seasonal char being a Keener aligned agent.
I use tag team in my infinite seeker build w/ corrosive launcher.
in conflict they should have more than one spawn point. I would love at 10v10 conflict that also is pve in New York

Level 50 cap? No more gear level up grinding please. My current gears are not even maxed yet. Normal people don't have hours to play everyday to grind.
This reminds me of my father in law asking ne yo fix something after he s removed parts, rewired, and added things here and there lol. Better off just shaving and starting over.

But it's easy to spot the D1 sets in D2. I mean, alpha bridge is momento. I'd totally rock a new alpha bridge build they brought the whole set.
About the gear sets: Yes i am polluting my stashes too because i want to have every gear piece. Only to play striker for years now anyway because it just outperforms every other set. I switch to a mortar build sometimes during hollywood event but that's it. I probably could delete all my filled up characters and wouldn't even notice. But in a loot shooter i want to have the loot right. 😅 Revamping most of the gear and weapons would make more sense than adding crappy stuff nobody is using every time. And that would be the only occasion a raise of the level cap would be acceptable to me.
Nomad would be awesome to get on division 2
One reason to use Rigger are the MARGINAL benefits it gives over an Empress high end when you use its targeting mechanic. However, why would you fiddle around with targeting mechanics for a marginal DPS increase when the whole point of a drone turret build (which is the only practical use for Rigger's targeting gimmick) would be to sit back in cover and zone out while shooting periodically to keep up Capacitor stacks or Test Subject talent? It ruins the whole point of the build its tailored for.

Things I am not interested in:
- seasons, not only the seasonal characters but also not leagues because it’s rushing through the old missions, global events because these increase the fancy gameplay even more while I prefer the opposite (Immersive gameplay) and manhunts … ridiculous because these are nothing else playing the old control points, bounties, …
- modes: I don’t play any of the modes. I even hardly played Underground and Survival in D1. Modes don’t improve the main game. These are basically separate games using the same mechanics.

HUmm I still do summit use to be every week but now when I get chance only testing builds and scavenging plus XP when map is dead
Heres an idea for kenly college. Turn it into an additional open world with maybe a different theme going on each week or month. Also how about making one of the buildings or a section another PvP area that doesnt have shd or expertise.
Things I’d like to see change in conflict:
1.) better match making, maybe conflict level brackets (1-25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-100). Matchmaking it’s the worst in this game, and low level players often make this game frustrating.
2.) Agents should be re-spawned to their own area if they spend more than 5-10 seconds on the opposite spawn pinning the opposing team. Interesting add-on, each re-spawn would be -1 in their score
And if the other team just camps in their spawn like so many do?? Just sit there for 12 mins and tie 16-16? Thats def not the answer....

If you make a new character it’ll start him/her at conflict level 0… I’m watch level 14362, yet my 4th character is only level 21 in conflict, that’s the character I try different builds on
I'm in a worse position than "Bob & Steve" as I can't remember the last time I worked a 40 hour week (This week it was 58 hours). I normally manage 1 hour gaming per weekday evening or 30 minutes if I've got a busy week and an early start. I'm tired of game companies screwing over people who work long hours with this seasonal stuff
I play the summit solely for grinding and the 15 level project……
The summit is really good for exotics if you need any that are in the general loot pool. On normal with 9 directives on I got 3 exotics in the 50 floors I climbed

Set the summit on normal difficulty, and weekly farm 15 floors for four toon = 4 exotics for components
Just imagine you could use exotics in every slot on your build I mean once you start using exotics you don't want to go back normal guns or gear

-The "Content" will be drip-dropped until the Division 3
-Expect DELAYS on content and all news
-There will be no change to the "Content" realistically, so you will be playing the same crap
-You will still see 100 build videos from some content creators which makes no sense as why are you giving build vids???
I could go on but I'm sure some get the point. Its crazy how Ubisoft has crapped on this game and the community. My biggest question would be...Why even play the game anymore? Like really think about it. Like yes, they did away with the Seasonal bs, but like Kamikaze said "What's next?" Giving empty promises is not it from me and the let's wait and see isn't either. Sad part is I checked the player count yesterday and for a hour of play it was only 2-3 thousand players and for the last 30 days it had only been 500 thousand. They need to act fast...At this point, I would only say they could only save themselves by investing fully into Division 3 and just doing insights, news, State of the games, and content creator feedbacks for that versus continuing Division 2. I'm sure some would agree with that as its safe to say Division 2 is DEAD! Focus on Division 3 and make it better not only investing in the game but in the community. Until then, I would advise ppl to just go play something else imo bc Division 2 is not it after this.

They made a customer review last year and they can see what people play in the game. I am sure that seasonal characters were not mentioned by players often if at all. I am active at Reddit for years and never saw someone proposing this. Sure, I have no clue what the majority of the players want and the people who like shooters but not Division games.
I play since release, have more than 7000 hours in the game, being close to 64k SHD, means have seen a lot people in the game.
Every day I start the game I check what people are playing. 99% its missions and open world. The remaining 1% is darkzone, Conflict, the classified assignments and the modes Countdown, Summit, Incursion, Raids and Kenly.
Legendary exotics
Man. I totally agree that they have lots of wasted opportunities with existing content that is already in the game. They could create more events in those under utilized maps and make some really cool stuff. I now only go to the summit for the exotic component after the 15 floors. I do however wish to disagree about the PVP folks never getting anything. They complain about talents or skills and weapons being too powerful in pvp so then the devs turn right around and ruin them in the PVE areas as well. Also after years of complaining, the devs have FINALLY started to pay attention to the rampant cheating in the PvP areas. The cheating and abuse in the PvP areas for me was a deterrent from enjoying any of that content. Otherwise Pretty spot on Kami. Keep it up man
Well they could do like DMZ pvp mixed with pve open world server ya might divide the player base but it will mix things up abit. I started playing the game again started fresh on pc nice be back playing the game but I feel like the game is in worst state than when I stopped playing it just before the end of the lock downs. I think if they really wanted to add seasonal characters they should have done this years ago. I never agreed with 3 separate dark zones have like back in div 1 one big fat dz. Add a legendary open world be a great idea. I think whatever group is maintaining div 2 should be working on the next game like come on six 6 later haven’t even started to work on div 3 like gta 6 be released before we get div3. I wouldn’t mind if they started working on div3 like 3 years ago or even 4.

You have some really good ideas on here. It seems like they opted to focus on new content rather than refining the content we have. There’s so much that can be build upon rather than pumping out new content which players are only satisfied for a short time then want more. rework whats already there 🤷♂️
TD1 Gear Sets should have been a no brainer. That was the most disappointing thing when TD2 launched. They left behind some really good gear sets.
Let us use more than one exotic at a time. Like d1 did
give us one rotating PVE DZ (like the invaded DZ) > adding white tusk and "mastering" lvl Faction NPCs
