Kamikaze, The most entertaining way to fight this boss is to time it with a bounty! There is a bounty that will end up in this cave. When you reach the bounty upon entering the cave, activate Yannick and watch him completely wipe out the bounty for you! It's the coolest thing. Just stay in cover and watch that boss annihilate all the enemies including the named bounties.
My first run in there enemies popped up including a jugg with a chainsaw. He wiped the floor with them and they only took about 1/3 of his shield out. I wiped him clean quick with the ouroboros though. It is one really cool easter egg boss!
I remember someone has mentioned this boss is actually a dev guy of Division 2. As long as he doesn't drop special content like the Eagle Bearer, it's not worth wasting your time on him.
I don't think it's because it's bugged with directives. It's because when you turned directives off, it reset the world map. All you have to do is keep changing difficulty or turning a directive on/off, just something that causes the world map to reload.
@@PedroLucasPorcellis well... I'd say it's a fun named boss to do for sure, but I wouldn't call it an alternative farming option because it's WAY less efficient... It doesn't come close to countdown (with experienced players) or repeating summit floor 90.

Yannick the beard hasn't spawned for me the last 10 times I've tried. used to be able to when you had a bounty down there sneak down spawn Yannick and watch the baddies freak out as Yannick cleaned house then take out Yannick and collect all the loot.no more..
Just watched the video. Removed all directives, set difficulty to heroic, did my jumping jacks on the circle: did not spawn anyone. Logged out and back in. Repeated the sequence. Still no cigar! What went wrong?

I tried multiple times this morning and could not get him to spawn. Do you think the GE has anything to do with it? I turned it off and he still didn’t appear when I did the JJ’s.

If you are having problems, like I show in the video, just toggle the directives on and off. He will spawn. Take care and have a good day 🤘🏼🤘🏼

It's just another option man. Summit has dozens of NPCs and stuff.

I spawn him every time. A lot of ppl also don't know about rhe loot room. You gotta shoot the lock to enter.
