Try a different size screwdriver. You need to get it out so you can fix it or else you won’t be able to fix it.

You have to get the screw out to fix it if you broke it in half then you might have to get a new headset
i own the same type of screwdriver kit in the link you provided what size is the right flat head screwdriver to use 1.4mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm or 3.0mm?
Prob 1.4 the smallest the better

You have to unscrew the headphones to fix how they fit but that doesn’t fix mic quality if it’s messed up
