As a couple of people have asked for the chords...
Unfortunately, if you try to play what he's playing by just following his hands you will NEVER get it to sound right…! :)
For starters the keyboard is set to sound a semitone-lower than he's actually playing!
Also, every note he plays has another note added a perfect 4th (5 semi-tones) higher and louder too…
So the first 3 chords he's physically playing at the start are:
RH: D Bb & F G C & E C F & A
LH: Bb A D
But what's sounding (excluding the semitone transpose but including the added 4ths in brackets) is:
RH: D(G) Bb(Eb) & F(Bb) G(C) C(F) & E(A) C(F) F(Bb) & A(D)
LH: Bb(Eb) A(D) D(G)
Because the bracketed notes are louder than the ones he's actually playing you effectively get the following tonality (remember, this is still a semitone higher than what you're actually hearing…!) :
Eb sus2 Dm7/9 (with the F(3rd) & E(9th) of the RH chord next to each other in the middle) Gm7/9 (with the same effect as the previous chord)
I'll leave you all to work out the rest of what he's playing if you're so inclined… :)
As for getting that sound, start by trying a low-pass filtered square wave with medium-fast attack and decay (not to zero though) on the amp envelope.
Chuck it thru some digital delay and you're there.
Remember, to get it to sound right, it's important that the added 4th is reasonably louder than the actual played note.
Once you've sussed out that there's all these added 4ths, it's pretty easy to play something similar with sus2, minor 7th/9th & major 7th/9th tonality (by physically playing 5ths, minor triads & major triads respectively) as long as you have a similar sort of pad sound :)

I searching since 2009 for similar warm pad effects. It would be a big event for me to find it out. I subscribed instantly to your channel and hit the like button. There's no Plastic sounds in this machine my friend! This synth can be warm and lush even more than some of the 80's analog synths from roland!
