The plate does look really nice on the exhaust fan in the kitchen. It does need something there and the plate is a good option. I do love the colors in the design you made. I'm glad you didn't add the orange. You can always find a terracotta gingham fabric for the other side of the seat cushions to change it up from time to time😉

Cushion fabric is beautiful. Maybe a sage and navy stripe on the underside. More practical than a plain colour.

I agree with you, I’m always so happy when one of her Italy videos are dropped. Now, I am beginning to think I want to live there so badly. I think the town she went to to paint her custom cushions was absolutely beautiful, the street in the background, the views out of the artist’s house were just beautiful. I’m in the US and wish I had the “gumption” to get up and move there…that’s why I love watching Julie in Italy!!
I recommend, painting the stark white hood a navy blue from the tiles to tie everything together. Paint a white cardboard with the color first to check whether it you like it or not. And the big ceramic plate on it too will look amazing.

I absolutely love the backslash tiles. They look like they were painted with water colors. I wasn't sure about the cabinet color, but it looks so good, especially with the tiles. I love the sink. It reminds me of my grandparents' sink. Having the coach in there was a great idea, so people can sit down and someone can move the table and pull the bed out.
This is coming together so lovely! The pattern you made is great! My 2 cents is to pull the peach color from the painting (it looks peach on my screen) in your kitchen for the back side. A lighter version of the peach color in ticking stripes, or something similar. Have fun making your cushions, and I look forward to seeing what you decide. Also, love the bowl over the stove, and I think you could add 1 or 2 smaller ones as well. It seems the space would allow for that.

Backing fabric for chair cushion…perhaps a thin pillow ticking stripe that is the same color stripe in the curtains?
I’m not sure about the mirrors. If it was me, I wouldn’t go there. Mirrors that size seem to be weird in a kitchen, but that’s my opinion.
Other than that, everything looks great.

If you have more curtain fabric, that might be good for the back of the pillows. The plate is perfection. Love the artist you worked with. She is so talented and sweet.
The white space over the stove .. might look interesting to frame a piece of your handmade fabric, frame and hang.

Nothing is perfect the first time around Julie but you created something that you've never done before and you can call it your own. , I think it is beautiful and wait until it's on the chairs. It will brighten them up.
The chair cushions turned out great. You could use the checked fabric under your sink for the backing of the cushions and have a reversible cushion. It would tie in everything . The picture is super great but it seems like it’s hung a bit too high or you might want to turn it side ways. Love this channel and your creativity.

To me the large blue plate looks extremely nice on the cover of the exhaust fan.
Ceramic plate would look great on the stove hood! Maybe take the little curtain under the sink with you to find a complementary fabric for the back of the cushions. Remember if you fill up the walls with too many things it makes the kitchen look smaller. IMHO a definite NO to the mirrors! Love the covers you created! 🤩

Your kitchen is perfection. No need for mirrors. Love the window treatment. The decorative bowl is very nice on the range hood. Thumbs up. I might remove some of the less interesting things from the wood shelf as it's becoming a little cluttered. Smaller items could go.

I think I'd hold off on the two mirrors behind the lamps until you see the lamps especially with shades.
It just might be enough with the lampshades to take up the space next to the artwork.

Oh my gosh, could that be more fun, creating and making the chair covers? The design is georgous, and elegant! I'm inclined to paint the extractor fan cover either the same green or a lighter shade and then hang that stunning bowl. The white is too much of a contrast. Yes to striped or checked pillows that can be flipped. Love the dish drainer..such a good find! Love the metal strainers... not sure about the mirrors..would have to see one in place. I do think you need a wide mouth pitcher or jug for the flowers.... all in all very exciting!
