Minus the "accidentally healing the enemy spy", this is basically my entire experience of playing the medic.
I don't know why, but this reminds me of my own TF2 experience. I was playing online, and I kept calling for a Medic, but nobody came. I'm pretty sure that there were no Medics on my team, so I said "Where's the goddamn Medic when you need him?!" in the chat.
Thirty seconds later, I get killed by an enemy Medic. Irony at it's finest.
